One of good aspects is Boris wont need all the ERG to get stuff through. Could mean a softer Brexit. Perhaps the real BJ will now emerge. Lets hope its rather different. His MPs are not all leavers, they simply sign up to support his brexit plan, whatever it is or will be until February.
Remainer tory MPs are still there but they won't vote against him.
ERG members are surprisingly quiet.
Their enemy is no longer Labour but soft brexiters.
you are hair splitting. That analysis is incorrect. Labour and Conservative party policies might be remain and leave, but it doesn't follow that all their voters are. Many people vote for a party for reasons other than Brexit.
I'd lay off the drugs for a bit if I were you. This election is good news for the Labour party in the long term, and will do nothing to re unite the country.
Professor Hugh Jardon says the opposite, and he's the one that's right.you are hair splitting.
I accept that some tory voters are remainers and some Labour voters are leavers but by and large, they cancel each other's votes.
Professor John Curtice says the same on TV, that there is a remainers lead.
What odd judgment you have. That's exactly what Labour was promising. The Tories won't do it, they've had nine years in which they only reduced that investment. Why can’t they understand, people just want more investment in public services, a fair and even increase in taxation to pay for it, if necessary.
OG demonstrating perfectly what is known in the trade as 'all-or-nothing' thinking. Reference to the use of 'everything'. Of course he has not failed in 'everything'.And fail, as he does in everything .
he's a much better educated version of DT, a natural stand up comedian and a career politician so who knows, he may get a good deal out of both the EU and the USA although I don't hold my breath. One of good aspects is Boris wont need all the ERG to get stuff through. Could mean a softer Brexit. Perhaps the real BJ will now emerge. Lets hope its rather different.
who is he? could he be a bot on youtube? Never seen him on TV.Professor Hugh Jardon says the opposite, and he's the one that's right.
Strange that in my constituency it's very different. We switched our Tory held always marginal seat into a massive 6000 majority Corbyn led Labour win last time, and that with a new untried candidate. How bad as Corbyn got to be for him to lose Durham and Notting Hill? Wake up OG. This result is purely built on the total dislike of Corbyn and his utter ineptitude in eyes of highest majority for Tory in recent history.
they overcooked the goose a bit - promising about 10 billions extra spending on each day of the campaign could have frightened some voters that they might be taxed to pay for Labour's promises. What odd judgment you have. That's exactly what Labour was promising. The Tories won't do it, they've had nine years in which they only reduced that investment.
.
Despite the majority being against a Tory government Brexit. And we'll get some form of Brexit done.
That's not true. The country by a decisive margin wants to leave.
And all despite it being Friday the Thirteenth.I got paid today. I get to look after my little boy today. I move into my Brexit house next week.

But all the polls have been saying for some while that Remainers lead by 8%.Professor Hugh Jardon says the opposite, and he's the one that's right.
Its called democracy OG. The country by a decisive margin wants to leave. They have just supported Boris to do so. Thats why I said wake up.
And, no I dont blame leavers for voting to leave at all as you still do. I blame Labour for not accomodating the electorate and giving us strongest Tory govt since Thatcher. A government that could quite easily be more right wing than she was. Labour are a disgrace. They will never recover.
How on earth did Labour lose Durham. Think about it, instead of saying same old rubbish.
I’ll be the judge of thatTime to move on OG. Think you made this post about 1000 times.
Yet, his biggest disaster is yet to come, and will be very entertaining.OG demonstrating perfectly what is known in the trade as 'all-or-nothing' thinking. Reference to the use of 'everything'. Of course he has not failed in 'everything'.
Blair and co would still have lost, both this time and in 2017.Get Alistair Campbell and Toniness back for goodness sake.

Never heard of it and who is Corbyn.Strange that in my constituency it's very different. We switched our Tory held always marginal seat into a massive 6000 majority Corbyn led Labour win last time, and that with a new untried candidate.
And this time we've repeated that 6000 majority over the Tories, despite any Corbyn effect.
It's Croydon Central if anyone doesn't believe me.
