Of course not, that wouldn't be really accurate..

Much more precise would be to say he is an ignorant, unscrupulous, deceitful and dishonest apology for a human being.

Fine otherwise.

In the case of BJ, if you can't say the unpleasant truths about him strongly enough, say nowt. :)

Once we leave we leave.

The EU are dogmatic fools
the EU will learn from the brexit experience and will adapt.
In time, EFTA countries will become more integrated into the EU structure without becoming part of a superstate. I reckon we'll join EFTA before the end of 2020.

As usual you have reversed reality, but you will live to realise that in time.
Leaving will simply start the process of decline and strife that will cause us to return to membership of the EU

The EU will still become a superstate, it is simply a natural progression, and we will be a part of it sooner or later.
The later we do the less the advantages we will enjoy.
Historians will look back at Brexit as a temporary stage of insanity of a country that had far too high a level of self esteem for it's own good, and was living in the past, afraid of changes that it actually has no control over, even after leaving the EU.

Does this actually change anything?
(Claiming Sacoolas no longer has DI, or as Raab puts it"no longer relevant" and that Police should instigate criminal proceedings, which were stopped?)

Unless Sacoolas is to be extradited, or returns to the UK voluntarily and does not claim DI (validly or invalidly), I don't see what effect DI now has. (Irony, European Arrest Warrant might have meant she could be arrested in any EU country she visited in future but that option will disappear with brexit.)

If the USA government complies with an extradition request, it would be as if she never had DI. But if they don't comply, likely they will claim she had DI at the time, then refuse to extradite.

The foul evil killer bitch has broken cover and issued a carefully worded, “I’m so sorry” type of statement through her team of lawyers. I suppose that is something that has changed since she pi$$ed off and left a grieving family.

Now that she no longer has DI, it might incrementally turn up the pressure to get her fat ass back to the U.K. where she can face an investigation. We don’t know how Brexit will turn out, so she could face arrest anywhere across the EU yet.

A step I the right direction.

The Express this morning is still in the "Rainbows and Unicorns" trade
"
Johnson can land the ultimate prize for the UK - EXPRESS COMMENT
IN THE Queen's Speech Boris Johnson will offer us a glimpse of the brave new world that awaits Britain when it finally escapes the clutches of the EU.

Is there anyone, anywhere stupid enough to believe this liar? and these right wing press barons that print what they know fully to be lies?

50 H,
Ignoring your foul language and concentrating on the facts. DI existed as a high level agreement between two sovereign states, and will not be subject to the whims of even a paper as important as the Daily Mail. The moment the aircraft entered US airspace, her DI status expired. This woman is back in the USA,and cannot be expelled from there,..only extradited. To be extradited, means that an application must be made to the courts there, and a judge must agree that the UKs request is valid. It is not in the power of the American Government to extradite her. The US Government CAN refuse to entertain a petition to extradite,on the grounds that DI was in force at the time of the alleged offence. Even if the US Gov. declines ,the Judge in the USA may rule the DI was a sufficient defence.
I have suggested that the Dunne family could take a civil action in the US courts

Sad sign of times when American military can put a missile through a window in Iraq from Kansas but cant get a warning signal on a car driven on wrong side of road.
I, d have thought GPS was now accurate enough to warn drivers they are on wrong side,if not I, m sure a system could be developed and made compulsory for American air base personell?
Some thing positive to come from this poor lad's death?

Even my old Tom Tom had that facility, and would give lane change warnings ,when in a country outside its home territory

Its not the Daily Mail, its called moral decency. You miss the point. DI has nothing to do with protecting dangerous drivers unfortunately its an avoidable but morally wrong consequence of preventing harassment by host country.

Well it should be made law that drivers who have taken test on other side of road to country being driven in has such a system and activated. Dunnes Law.?
My Garmin or inbuilt system in Jag hasnt the facility. Jag has lane change warning but not through GPS, its camera activated.
