There is a point to remember if you are a Remain supporter.
In the long run we simply can't lose
History inexorably leads to bigger and bigger political groupings, our own United Kingdom is the proof of that
In the interrim the throwbacks may win a short term delay in the process, but remember this

They were incompetent to run the country before entering the EEC
They were incompetent even when the EU gave them access to huge overseas markets
They are now incompetent to come up with a negotiation not based on threats.

Conclusion the Conservatives are terminally incompetent, and any nation that relies on them in serious trouble.

Patience....time is on our side

Good for you!

I have a new found respect for you this morning g unit.

I like this ‘can do’ better attitude version of you than your normal moany self.

I think it’s inevitable.

It seems we will have to do more internal business anyway to make up for the lack of exports until we can do a deal.

There are some lovely caravan holidays to be had in this country as well. Cut down on the global warming thanks to less planes flying too.

Win win.
And what are we going to sell and to whom ?
Talk sense
The caravan sites are full already by the way, and you are assuming people will be able to afford to get to them.

I know right.

Silly fat English racists.

How dumb must you be to have lost to them?

Outsmarted, out voted.

Outstanding!

I’m loving this today and I’m not even that bothered about leaving! Your silly reactions are a joy.
It sounds like you are a bit rattled :) I aim to please.

Win win.
For much of the country this August has been a letdown.

Sitting in a caravan contemplating the leaden grey sky and driving rain outside, win win isn't what they'll be thinking.

A Brexit that definitely would not result in a no deal situation with the EU. The numbers to which you refer are therefore entirely meaningless. The referendum is null and void.

By your twisted logic, it would be legitimate to give people a pay cut because they voted for a pay rise, and then justify it by saying they voted for a pay adjustment.

The referendum is now irrelevant, it’s dead and counts for nothing. The time has come for you to now accept this.
Very good comment about the pay adjustment!.

BJ - Die-hard eurosceptic or opportunist?

How far we've come to get to this

Quitting the EU won't solve our problems, says Boris Johnson "Writing for The Daily Telegraph, he (BJ) says that if Britain left the EU, “we would have to recognise that most of our problems are not caused” by Brussels.

As you've shown, Boris Johnson is by nature a Remainer who has never believed in Brexit.

He hung back from declaring his position until Cameron declared for Remain, and then chose Leave. His sole aim was to position himself as Cameron's rival for PM.

It was personal ambition before all else, to hell with the future of country, people or parliament, so long as Boris got what he wanted.

Whether the people of this country will ever wake up to that is uncertain, many of them still haven't woken up to what a similar incompetent self seeker Churchill always was, who coincidentally is Johnson's hero and who he emulates.

The people are too easily won over by skilful rhetoric.

Plus Danny - and I know you're a bit slow here - the exclamation mark also has a full stop (like the question mark) - within its form - so you don't need to add another one as you complete the sentence using it.

Of course though - being a remainer - you refuse to accept your mistakes and would prefer to be right rather than actually put things right.

Have a nice day!

Actually cheated, using Dark money to fund the million plus targetted adverts on people rated as vulnerable
And you approve of these tactics?
Disgraceful lack of morals
Did you approve of the government spending £6m on sending out remain leaflets that did not count towards the supposed balanced spending limits imposed on both sides?

Yup it's the ironing that worries me!
He thought he’d written irony, but ended up with ironing. I don’t suppose it will bother him because he was 100% committed to iron-something and it doesn’t matter if the meaning changes.

I always write ironing.

It's a thing used as comedy value since the mid 90's when the word irony was overused.

Try and type in irony. You won't get ironing if you can spall.
