With legal challenges from NI, Scotland and England, I'm feeling a bit left out.

Comes of living in Wales which could look a little like a vassal state...

Corbyn wants to close bridges on Tuesday. That should help.
That is just crazy from Corbyn.. It is exactly the type of reaction which would force a government to legitimately use force..as in State of Emergency, . The path is open to force a vote of no confidence. Is his ego such that he can see no other acceptable candidate. If Vote of confidence was lost, then and since this is the first time you have the fixed term parliament, the Queen would not be bound to dissolve the parliament.

It's not from Corbyn so none of this applies.

It's a call for action by Momentum, a left wing organisation that happens to back Corbyn and Labour, but it's not run by either.

possibe MPs votes:

No confidence: 332/303
JC to lead national unity government: not going to hapen (-61)
New law to stop no deal: 340/295

Priority is given to new law to stop no deal but more immediately, JC is going to attempt to stop prorogation on Tuesday.

That is assuming 20 tory MPS will vote to bring the government down. No way - a handful maybe - but remember when push comes to shove Torys tend to stick to together on stuff like this - 20? No way.

Where did you get that data from?

Looking at that table.. Presumably the order matters. Assume that JC were defeated ,as your table suggests, then the figures for another GNU PM could be much higher..the Labour party would be able to support a compromise no deal PM of say the K Clarke colour. Were that to happen, only 20 tories seems way off.

It does make me laugh.

When I say laugh I mean chuckle.

What can the authority make up to make you so scared that you would literally fight each other?

Well we have lost the bomb threat. I’m sure some of that is brilliant and brave intelligence. The next world war? Not really feasible. We are too good at war now. Climate change?

That’s a good one. The amazon burning has me rocking more than the Antarctic melting tbf. I can actually see that. It genuinely hurts. But that seems to be right wing people saying profit above sense?

How can we make folks scared without actually doing something?

Leave the EU is perfect.

On account that nothing else is bad........

Yet so much is much worse.

I said in 2003 we will as a species only realise that resources of the finite count.

I think we will get there by the end of this century. No sooner.

Till then. Don’t worry too much,

Fingers don't be fooled by all that 'the Amazon's burning' crap - it always burns at this time of year - the fires are way less than they have been.

The trouble is when the virtue signalling justice warriors like Decaprio sends out stuff to his 30m instagram followers and the Media pile in with only comparing the fires from this year to last (look at the graph - yes there is an almost 100% increase this year on last - but compared to 2005 its way down).

But fear? Yes. Why? Ultimately? Very very VERY few people have genuinely dealt with their fear of death. Death is the subject avoided.

Anything that reminds us of our own death - hits us at a deep psychological level and unless you've faced and truly integrated/dealt with that fear head on - then what we do is project out the cause and fight. It is as its always been.

The problem is out there (we think).

So please somebody tell me who or what to blame (the following thought).

Just the thought of climate change or leaving the EU, etc will send some people into a frenzied panic.

I did ask you to give us early warning when you float one of your "only understandable to yourself " jokes so we can all share the fun.

Also - don't fall for this idea that we're 'running out of resources'. I'm not sure if that's what you meant by that sentence - but if it is consider the idea that we're not.

In the last 50 years the population has increased by 100% (roughly) - but we actually have MORE resources available to us.

Why? Because we are a creative species when it comes to stuff like that - we find new ways to get at hidden things (whether geologically or at a molecular /sub-atomic level).

Resource availability is actually going up as the population goes up.

It is such a counter-intuitive fact that it is often completely dismissed by people.

MPs will vote on no deal first.
If that fails, confidence vote will be last resort when they get back to work in October.
Some conservative MPs who voted against no deal the last time may want to vote against their government as a last resort.
JC has added a bizarre twist, he wanted to add a motion to stop prorogation on Tuesday. It's a help to Bojo that JC wastes time on this move.

Dear oh dear!
a more complete lack of understanding would be hard to find than yours.
The effect is cumulative as the land does not return to Forestation, just farming for a profit
typical idiotic right wing short sighted greed
Who is to blame? it's more what is to blame.
Human greed and human stupidity, profit without an understanding of consequences, and this stupid "Go it alone" notion that nations have.
Brexit is a classic example of this stupidity, it serves only the instigators not the public
