they have found the magic money tree!
it seems we need brexit every few years to fix the state of our public services.
Cut tax for the rich and pay the nurses more. What's not to like?

"take control of fishing waters and revive coastal communities"

Yes I can see BXIT / UKIP replacing benefits in Clacton-on-Sea / Skggie/ Lowestoft and instead giving them em secondhand migrant dingies, a puncture repair kit & a fishing rod each with a map pointing them towards French waters ...

I think you are blustering again.

You said it's "A re run of Germany in the 1930's with the fascists inheriting the workers vote.. History repeats itself"

That's quite the statement.

I'm just trying to burrow down to some facts. Are you prepared to furnish us with those facts?

Who are the fascists?

It's a really simple question. What is a re run of Germany in the 1930's?

I have never said anyone on the leave side is my champion. Nor have I said leaving would bring on World War 3. I am in the middle. I think these statements are silly. As are yours.

Rein it in a bit eh?

Please don't conflate a vote leave to a political institution with the greatest genocide in the history of the world.

Would you like to withdraw the statement?
Withdraw the statement that we are seeing a re run of Germany in the 1930's?
Absolutely not
The destination they reached is not the issue, the journey they took is a very clear parallel
The same forces are at work
Ok , who is inheriting the workers vote but Farage? where has he looked for support in the past?
"
Nigel Farage: I am proud to have taken a third of the BNP's support
The Ukip leader says his party actively targeted BNP voters who were 'frustrated' and 'upset' by their changing communities
And what was the BNP?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_National_Party
The British National Party (BNP) is a far-right, fascist political party in the United Kingdom."

And you posted this
"Please don't conflate a vote leave to a political institution with the greatest genocide in the history of the world."

I'm not, I'm conflating them with the political situation in Germany in the 1930's you have added on "the greatest genocide in history!"
Strange that your understanding of political history is so limited, as the German public were not aware that the political situation they found themselves in would lead where it did, for if they had they would have resisted the rise of fascism.

It did not come as an oppressor, but in the guise of a friend and kept it's intentions hidden till it held ultimate power.
It offered order, blamed the judiciary, foreigners, and undermined democracy, smashing the existing political parties.
Who is threatening to do that today?
"A new type of politics " was promised back then too, look where that led!

Any sign of a glimmer of understanding yet? these leave campaigners are using the same messages and levers on opinion, as if they are reading the original handbook of fascism, and they have already proved willing to break the law to gain a result.
You should be very wary of putting any trust in them.
They exist on lies and the bigger the better.
You should really read more history before jumping in with both feet and demonstrating that you were simply reacting as you say so often "have been trained to do"

He's a tad optimistic! Hammond had a go at both Boris and Hunt for offering even a "measly" £20bn!
Or is that "Project Fear Mark2"?

200 billion in 1946 GBP would be worth how much now?

Chopping HS2 might (or might not) be a good idea. Stuff all to do with brexit. (Actually, staying on the EU we might have managed to get at least some funding out of "them".)

since Farage sent up his booster rocket, BJ and JH upped their game to £30 billions each now.
At this rate, we'll have the best civil service, healthcare, rails, roads, green energy, free higher education etc before the next GE and guess what, they'll make the world pay for all that. Don't you just love the conservatives!

Promises are being made about protecting fisheries and fishermen too this is what they will face exporting to their biggest Market.... the EU
Comparative Chart of Export Processes
New obligations to export fisheries from UK:

1. Catch Certificate
2. Pre-notification by EU importer to competent authority on receipt of catch certificate
3. Tariffs/Quota/Taxes/ Charges
4. Authorised Economic Operator
5. Export Health Certificate (apply 5 days before export)
6. Vet to seal consignment & sign Export Health
7. Preferential origin certificate
8. Movement certificate
9. Safety and Security Declaration
10. Transport/shipping documentation
11. Commercial documentation e.g. invoice
12. Enter EU through Border Inspection Post for fisheries

No wonder JH put aside £6 billions to compensate fishermen and farmers.
BJ would probably suggest that fishermen take their catch to NI...

My Goodness ! did you say £6 Billions? do you realise what wonderful news this is for fishermen?
Lets see now
in 2017 Around 11,700 fishermen were active in the UK.
£6 billion (lump sum say) works out at £512.82 each

Back in the days of deep sea trawling a decent trip away could, after expenses, net a good Skipper about £600 for three weeks work, after expenses. Bearing in mind that the average weekly wage in 1961 was around £16
And Deck hands were not far behind that, they were called "Three day millionaires" as that's the time it took them to blow the lot

if it were only for fishermen, they won't be quite millionaires, £6 billions / 12000 = half a million each.
The £6 billions will go toward 12,000 fishermen and about 300,000 farms.

Such are promises
All lies and jest
Still, a man hears what he wants to hear
And disregards the rest
In the Corner stands Brexit voter, disappointed by the leave campaign
And he carries the reminders
Of every lie and broken promise ,that cut him down, and hurt him
Till he cried out
in his anger and his shame
I am leaving! I am leaving!
But the Brexiter remains
Lie le lie, , etc.
Such are promises, all lies and jest
till a man believes lord Farage
and disregards the rest
Lie le lie
