The political comment in the Guardian on Marr/Banks. I have only included the one paragraph - there is quite a lot more.

Arron Banks: 'no Russian money' in £8m given to Brexit campaign

Founder of Leave.EU tells BBC donations came from his own bank account

After a spat over a bank statement Banks had brought in – Marr drily noted that it was heavily redacted and gave no clue to how many other bank accounts Rock Holdings might have held – the interview continued to go round in circles with both men unable to fully explain the financial paper trail. Largely because Banks kept changing his story. At which point it became a possibility that Arron Banks also didn’t really exist himself and that the man on screen was Arron Banks Limited being used to front Arron Banks Holdings.

There was some wisdom in there, as this description fits DEXEU perfectly
"It was an extremely busy company whose prime function was to do nothing. And that was a lot harder than it looked."

Just substitute Department of choice for "company"

What I would really like to know is how much this shambolic period of negotiating our leaving the EU has cost the Taxpayer?
How many years of EU membership payments have we wasted now?

For those wishing to help Putin with his Brexit leave Campaign is a "Do it yourself and become a Russian Bot" invitation fom the Russian Embassy
I wonder if they got any takers?

The mind truly boggles that anyone would fall for this, though after the Brexit vote, I could be wrong about that, after all think of the possible prizes!
Perhaps a small holding company registered in the Isle of man for instance?
This was on the Embassy website during the referendum but is now gone

I suspect at least £350 million a week.

I'm going to to a "Boris" here and say it's a lot more than £350 million!

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2018/sep/29/britain-bill-brexit-hits-500-million-pounds-a-week
Brexit costing Britain £500m a week and rising, says report
Economy 2.5% smaller than it would have been if UK had voted remain, says thinktank

Brexit is already costing the public purse £500m a week, new research has found – a stark contrast to the £350m “dividend” promised by the Leave campaign. The Centre for European Reform’s analysis also suggests that the government’s austerity drive would be on the way to completion had Britain voted to stay in the European Union.

This by the way dated 29 Sept 2018, and it's worse since!

As expected the Daily Mail ran this
"
Arron Banks accuses BBC's Andrew Marr of 'smearing' him by demanding to know where millions ploughed into Brexit came from and says if vote were re-run he'd opt to REMAIN.

We already had it, but didn't bother, and still won't after Brexit

Instead we will find ourselves having to plead for them to come.
And it has started already.
we may have to do that after the transition period but it will be our decision.
That's the will of the people.

And don't forget what Boris said on the 26th June 2016
Boris Johnson: UK will 'still have access to single market’ despite Brexit
Conservative Party leadership frontrunner says cooperation with Europe will 'intensify'
Boris Johnson has said the UK there will be “still have access to the single market”, despite Britain’s historic vote to leave the EU.

Considered the frontrunner for the Conservative Party leadership, he laid out plans for an “intense and intensifying” cooperation with Europe.

In his column for The Telegraph, Mr Johnson said: “I cannot stress too much that Britain is part of Europe, and always will be.

Considered the frontrunner for the Conservative Party leadership, he laid out plans for an “intense and intensifying” cooperation with Europe.

In his column for The Telegraph, Mr Johnson said: “I cannot stress too much that Britain is part of Europe, and always will be.
“EU citizens living in this country will have their rights fully protected, and the same goes for British citizens living in the EU.
“British people will still be able to go and work in the EU; to live; to travel; to study; to buy homes and to settle down. As the German equivalent of the CBI – the BDI – has very sensibly reminded us, there will continue to be free trade, and access to the single market.

“Britain is and always will be a great European power, offering top-table opinions and giving leadership on everything from foreign policy to defence to counter-terrorism and intelligence-sharing – all the things we need to do together to make our world safer.”

And now what does he say?

‘We will be an EU COLONY’ - Boris urges Cabinet to reject ‘APPALLING’ Brexit deal

THE UK will become “a vassal state, a colony” which will have to accept foreign made laws with no say over their creation for “the first time in a thousand years” if the Government’s suggested Brexit deal is accepted according to Boris Johnson.

So was he that thick in the head he didn't realise that the things he wanted were not unconditional?
Who could be stupid enough to think we could still be part of the single market and not obey the rules?

The man is certifiable as dangerously deluded.

which people are you referring to? the small band of conspirators who peddled this ultimate con, or the 17 plus million who fell for it at the time?
What is the will of the rest of the 66,708, 251?

We are suffering from a confidence trick sold to a small faction, not the "Will of the people"
This is the "will of parliament" that lacked the guts to be unpopular.

take back control of immigration.
We never ceded that control so that answer doesn't fit. Our border controls and immigration policy should have been streamlined long before 2016 in order that we could identify those people entering and leaving the country. 'Brexit' had no impact on that area whatsoever and neither does our membership of the EU.

'Ins & outs' under freedom of movement remain within our gift - the EU never said that we cannot eject or reject foreign nationals for any reason at all. Where there is good reason, we can remove those considered undesirable with no breach of the freedom of movement principle.

A succession of failed Home Secretaries who did nothing to address the issue is no reason for anyone to lay the blame at the door of the EU, tory MPs in particular being quick to do exactly that.

Now that many of those legitimately living and working in the UK, concerned about the threat to their continued ability to so do as a result of the fascist rhetoric since the referendum, have decided to leave, the effect is becoming noticeable in many areas. Just this week, a clinic in Essex has announced that their chemotherapy unit will close down in just over a week's time due to an inability to find replacement, specialist nursing staff, others having left the UK due to the threat posed to them by the tory government's refusal to assure them of their continued right to live here.

Having recently had extended treatment for cancer, I am acutely aware of the importance of this essential area of medicine and my heart goes out to those in Essex who may be on a waiting list to begin treatment.
