And just how do you need to leave the EU to do that?
brexit forces change, otherwise, the people wouldn't want to pay for the costs of change.

The snag is Brexit is more the the equivalent of
Putting the omelette back in the egg and chasing the chicken with malicious intent.
I wouldn't lose sleep worrying about people like Rees-Mogg - they have never done a day's real work in their life. We have millions of youngsters needing apprenticeships.

Doing exactly what? where is the industrial Base that needs them?
And if we modernise that will mean automated factories and even less jobs.

why would you want to pay for Brexit in the first place?
Not me, the other 17 millions. I belong to the 'elite', I will get some tax cuts.

if we make a new law that says each EU immigrant has to take on an apprentice in order to get a residence permit, you solve this problem.

We have been heading for a permanent state of decline in public services, a culture based on celebrity worship, an education geared toward 'soft' pseudo sciences and a permanent structural budget deficit, relying entirely on immigrants for our economic growth.

You've got to crack a few eggs to make an omelette.
agreed with all that... however as has been stated over and over and over and over and over again. Leaving the EU will solve non of these issues will it.

Many of these issues will actually be worse outside the EU. The rest of it is called progress, you might not like it, but its happening and leaving the EU won't bring back manufacturing, it'll just mean we pay more for imports.

Ok, tell me the punchline of the Joke.....
Wouldn't it be much easier for the Government to simply say the Unemployed are actually Apprentices, on no fixed hours contracts?
That way they won't have to pay them at all.

I actually believe some of the brexit arguments, a small net dividend (around £10-£14 billions a year) for not contributing into the EU budget, a reduction in costs for businesses in lighter regulations (about £10-£20 billions a year) and some growth in future FTAs. The main thing for me is the prospect to employ a lot more young people. Whenever I see them congregating at the 'head shop' in our street, I shake my head and switch to the other side of the street.

wow, I just fell off my chair. I honestly can't believe that anyone who is intelligent enough to work a forum can think that leaving the EU is going to mean the yoof on your street corner are more likely to get a job. From what I can see we're not suffering from unemployment problems now, the reason immigrants come in to work, is because they are needed. If they leave the NHS, agriculture, nursing homes, hospitality etc etc will all be stuffed, those kids won't suddenly be motivated to get jobs they currently don't want. All that will happen is the employers have to get work permits sorted.

So guess what, the people don't get any more money, it just put costs up for the employers, which means joe public in the UK pays more for everything.

Maybe rather than avoiding them, you should speak to them!

those kids don't work because nobody wants to employ them.
As long as the positions are filled by immigrants, nobody cares.
Give them some practical education, they'll change. Most will become employable.
Hatti hires them to unload the containers, as I help to unload the containers too, I do get to speak to them now and then.

But if they were educated they would start trade unions as soon as they got jobs and maybe even actually understand the small text under the big headlines in the tabloids and...

you honestly think an increasingly right wing conservative government empowered by the Brexit vote is going to improve the chances of these kids?

I only said you avoided them, because you said you avoided them.

No. The leaning of the after brexit government won't affect small businesses like yours and mine as much as knowing that everyone will dip into the same pool.

If we all have to train own own staff rather than simply advertising the vacancies, the whole country will do better.
