Ah, but no voters were killed or mistreated while making that comic sketch where they?
BJ dithers and that results in more people catching Covid but that does not make him a killer nor a bad leader of the conservative party. JC on the other hand knew that he was justifiably criticised for his management of the anti-semitism complaint against his party, not because he was a racist but for not doing his job. He was offered a chance to remove his offending remark but no, he did not see that he still offends the victims. The same accusation is levelled against him for not campaigning for Labour remain stance in the 2016 referendum. Then the was a thoroughly disastrous result of an election that he took on unnecessarily. He made far too many wrong decisions compared to BJ.

Typical of the false accusations levelled against Jeremy Corbyn. At the snap 2017 general election the party performed better than expected, securing 40% of the vote and forcing the Conservatives to form a minority government.

It was Theresa May for the Tories who made the most disastrous decision to hold an unnecessary election, losing them many seats and their majority, but not a word about that from you. Are you another one successfully brainwashed by the right wing media?

I don't think anyone contributing to this thread is brainwashed.
the job of any party leader is to win vote. The vote I mentioned above is the last one, 2019.
JC was the worst opposition leader that I've seen in my lifetime.

And, by inference, boris the best. I have the opposite view: this electorate that voted for brexit, boris - and would again after their grannies died and their long term unemployed children have long covid and the uk has become the peripheral archaic, irrelevant nut house on the global stage its rapidly becoming - are, without a shadow of doubt, the most stupid ***** I've encountered in my lifetime.
You’re just being picky now. The above aside, things aren’t too bad.

Estimates for England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. This survey is being delivered in partnership with University of Oxford, University of Manchester, Public Health England and Wellcome Trust.

Though with Wales coming out of their 'firebreak' in a few day things will get interesting on Nov 9 - do they carry on till 2nd Dec?

And Scotland on Monday goes with a 5 level tier system...
It’s turned into a cake & arse party. What were you expecting?

On the credit side he didn't kill tens of thousands of our own people by bad decision making, did he?
So how come he is worse than the man who did?
And incidentally appears to have just done a comeback performance of it too.
Corbyn is incapable of deciding whether to take a $hit or have a haircut. Look at him over Brexit. I still don’t know what his stance was.

If Corbyn, Abbott & Long-Bailey had been in charge, they would have still been talking about whether to have vegan bed sheets in the Nightingale hospitals. We’d still be dealing with the protracted first wave.

I was rather amused by the observation that by Corbyn losing the GE someone had
"Dodged a bullet"
While this may be true

There are better ways to do that
Than walk into a "Hail of lead"
You had a lucky escape. One day, you will thank me for voting Boris into office, you just don’t know it yet, but I will forgive you.

you're only at the beginning of the self inflicted boris horror movie. more, much more world beating waves of covid, and brexit, managed as hellish as that by complete corrupt idiots like gove, patel, or grayling has to happen. And financial meltdown dwarfing anything in our lifetime. which will probably register more in conservative consciousness than deaths or job losses.

Er.... you seem to be unaware that the Welsh government are doing the same thing as Boris.
Problem for you is that the Welsh government is Labour.

Kamala Harris rally today. Notice anything?

Trump rally today:
Other than I cannot see whether they are masked or not ..and the Harris crowd are masked, what is there to see?. If it is that the Trump crowd have the attitude of a revivalist meeting .. maybe.

People just don't want left wing politics any more.
I think it’s “Hard Left” they don’t way. I don’t think people mind a society where we help each other, but Hard Left has become a movement of envy and blaming personal failures on others. Hard Left has some of the most dangerous, nasty, spiteful sour faced bastards you will ever have the misfortune to meet.

Gove says the original projections about the spread of the virus underestimated it.
The situation has been “worse than any of us expected”, he says.

Obviously the wrong people doing the expecting. Many elsewhere have been expecting just what is happening. Certainly for weeks it has been obvious to anyone with a brain. Is Gove really admitting that the the distinction between them and porcine ordure is smell? The government stink more. Especially when issuing contracts.

It gives the impression of a government that decided to go for herd immunity (again?) but has just got cold feet as the deaths pile up.
