Just what would these people do if they start to realise they have covid-19? They won't seek out an empty grave and climb in. They will try to get to hospitals. Or drive suicidally to have a last blast. Or die in their flats, houses, cars. Bodies everywhere. Lovely for someone to have to clean up after.
A JCB and a lime pit would sort it.

That will incentivise them to keep the ******* idiots on a short leash.

I’ve just walked over the golf course again and there were 17 people aged between 15 and 18 all mixing together, deck chairs, music, booze. I was going to call the police again, but I thought no, let the fuckers take the virus back to their home and kill / make their parents seriously ill and probably take granny & grandpa out too. Their parents are being ***** by not controlling them. They deserve what’s heading their way. Maybe if a few are lost in this way the massage will penetrate.
"the massage will penetrate. " listen carefully, I shall say this only once!

Good old privatisation - always a good idea.

Hospitals sound alarm over privately run virus test centre at Surrey theme park

Exclusive: Frontline staff complain over ‘lost Covid-19 test results’ from Chessington drive-in site
Hospitals sought to take over the operation of a flagship government coronavirus testing centre from the accounting firm Deloitte, after severe failings in the service led to the test results of NHS staff being lost or sent to the wrong person, the Guardian can reveal.

The drive-through centre, at Chessington World of Adventures, in Surrey, was among the first in what will be a network of about 50 regional facilities, trumpeted by the health secretary, Matt Hancock, as key to delivering on the government promise of 100,000 tests a day by the end of April.

"Massage" and "penetrate". hmmm. I worked in northern kwazulu during the height of the HIV epidemic in the 90s, it confirmed everything in Camus'the plague. Transmission was mainly through heterosexual intercourse, which became rife, without any attempts at safe sex. The average life expectation dropped to 37 years as the virus then entered its syndrome phase. It made no difference, at all, to risk taking. A significant degree of denial and active despair took hold. I suspect the same will happen here, increasingly over the next year.

braking news when the jcp offices open back up it will be business as usual and a sanction free for all if you do not comply with what you are told to do or else.

this is your life on uc, and sanctions buy the press of a button if you register on line, the dwp uc account, computer said yes pmsl.

https://flic.kr/p/24CY19d
so if you was given the above from the dwp how would you provide a 35hr job search if they demand it in that sort of format.

so how would you provide this information if you was on uc and if failed to do so will be sanctioned for a month and no money.

As you point out this is madness, time this menace to the people was shut down for good and a better system replaced it.

They're trying for a comedy award in the Express
"
'Dead club walking!' EU WILL collapse to UK demands over no deal Brexit threat - poll
THE "BULLYING" European Union will cave to the UK's demands for a comprehensive post-Brexit free trade deal, with the creaking eurozone on the verge of collapse from the trillions of pounds being spent on the coronavirus crisis, voters in an Express.co.uk poll have claimed.

And they held a poll with the moron readership and confirmed how brilliant they are...76% agreed

And one genius came up with a cunning plan
Dalek Dave
"All we need to do is refuse to recognise the EU and insist on individual deals with each nation. If we have a deal with, say, Italy, but this excludes France and Germany then the EU will instantly cease to exist. Once more, and for the third, and hopefully final, time in just over 100
years we will have saved Europe from a German lead dictatorship. "

Sheer genius at work...

Donald Trump suggests injecting people with 'DISINFECTANT' and hitting 'the body with a very powerful light'

Why doesn't someone have the wit to DARE him to try it himself?

Trump must be the absolute top Human failure of all time, for how can one fail after so many demonstrations of insanity, to get committed to a lunatic asylum?

Thought someone would have posted that! And that it would be you!

Agreed.

However, whilst what he said, what specific substances he seemed to be referring to, are utter bonkers, there just could be some prior art. I might have mentioned the use of intravenous potassium permanganate as a treatment for bacterial pneumonia? It was tried in, I think, the 1920s in the UK. Have not found any subsequent mentions - though I don't even claim I looked other than a cursory glance.

Guilty as charged
However in the spirit of making helpful suggestions.
Can't beat Mercury.....very few complaints...
Mind you this could be because it was being used to attempt suicide
I have a list of people who would make suitable candidates for human (ish) testing

Matt Hancock: 'Not as many people coming for a test as expected'

Health Secretary Matt Hancock has said the new online booking system will be key to the government reaching its target of 100,000 coronavirus tests a day by the end of the month.

Speaking on BBC Breakfast, he said: “Not as many people have been coming for (a test) as we had expected.

“Of course that was a problem but its a good problem because it means we’ve been able to expand who can get a test faster than we had planned.”

It's GOOD that care home staff can't get to the testing centres despite being desperate? That they can offer more tests to people who are less urgently needing them? Simply because those who do urgently need them are not being tested?

How the heck can they take the day off work to make the possibly over a hundred miles round trip to a test centre, when they may not even have transport?
The man isn't just an idiot
He's a dangerous idiot.

If you are an essential worker and "have symptoms", you can request up to 5 home test kits for yourself and your family.
It's a bit silly really while we have spare capacity.
Why wait until an essential worker exhibits symptoms? that may be 10 days too late.

It's intended to divert attention from the fact that the Government hasn't a clue how to get the situation under control.
Either that or the diversion is to cover the fact they are still pursuing "Herd immunity"

What if your family is six people? Certainly not unheard of for one or both grandparents, parents and a few children to live together.

What if you have a definitive reason for suspecting infection - such as a patient (or criminal wastrel) who is known to have covid-19 positively coughing into your face? Do you still have to wait until you have symptoms?
