Isn't it odd how we weigh things up? This story reflects very badly on the tories and, obviously, this individual. Yet I end up asking whether it really matters in the context of the major things that are going on? Does a bit of expenses fraud afttect us anything like as much as referendum fraud and incompetence at the top?
