Lifted from previous link. Read full link for explanation. No doubt it will be wrong because it doesn't fit in with some folks view of EU.
It's wrong because it simply isn't true. as we've shown you with the contrary state ownerships and acquisitions and the below:

"EU law explicitly protects the right of member states to nationalise industries. Art. 345 TFEU states “The Treaties shall in no way prejudice the rules in Member States (MS) governing the system of property ownership.”

It's part of internal governance which, as I've pointed out to you ad nauseum, is solely the province of member states in which the EU cannot interfere. That's why the 28 EU countries all have such different and unique internally operating systems and laws.

Chris Grayling refuses to take blame for rail timetable chaos

Transport secretary says he should have been more sceptical about industry assurances after critical report by regulator

Chris Grayling has declined to take personal responsibility for this summer’s rail chaos after a regulator’s report concluded that nobody had taken charge of the crisis, saying “a system problem” had been the primary cause.

Obviously none of them will take personal responsibility for the mess of brexit either. Perhaps this is a dummy run for the particular excuse, getting ready for the most spectacuar failure of any British governemnt in a long time?

Classic inversion of reality, has Corbyn bought seats to regain in power?
And which set of clowns presided over this brexit shambles?
And now if you imagine they can get brexit to be a success, you are clearly deluded.

So what do you see Corbyn doing with regards

A) EU.. (Brexit)
B) Our economy.

Financial world are more worried about Corbyn/Labour government than Brexit. (Ask Lansdown, you don't like his politics but they know financial world)

This is FACT Flecc. You can't just dismiss it as not true.
But assume you are correct (which you are not) and now explain Corbyn's stance.
Your whole argument revolves around ignoring both the quoted evidence (article 107) and/or Corbyn's stance.
I don't understand your position, it is normally so rational. In this case if Article 107 has no effect then why is Corbyn against EU? You can't have it both ways.

he still lost the GE and Theresa May increased her vote. He did offer bribes to young people which he later had to back away from. He never really campaigned during the ref and throughout his career has been anti EU. The Brexit shambles has been created by politicians who didn't like the way the vote went. Despite the very large majority voting to give a referendum which they said they would honour. Cameron never expected to lose the vote and made no preparations for it. At least he gave a vote unlike Blair who promised but never delivered. Then Cameron walked away and left someone else to pick up the pieces. No matter what you think of TM she has kept going under tremendous pressure and an almost impossible task. I wonder how some of the whingers on here would have coped. Very easy to criticise from a keyboard. You have just got to accept that we are leaving, and if we don't get a deal we will have to get on with it.

Let me try:

Netflix made an agreement that on its European service it would increase the volume of EU sourced product from 2020.

But as the UK will then be outside the EU, we won't benefit from that increase. Instead we'll be part of the reduction of sourcing from outside the EU.

Worse off.
.

Utter nonsense. We are still in the Europe ffs.

This is typical of remainers and in this case, an Irish person just trying to help.

It's nonsensical that this has anything to do with Brexit. If its a thing at all.

TM must have done something right.
the Pound climbs all morning. It's at $1.33 now. Philip Hammond can relax, foreigners are not taking their money out just yet.

Perhaps Corbyn like 52% of public that could be bothered to vote simply don't want to have to defer to EU. Even if they do not apply Art107...

No, your response is nonsense. Netflix agreed a greater proportion of EU product from 2020, not European.

Ergo, when out of the EU we will be in their reduced market compared with now.

Scraping barrel a bit now Flecc. Let's stay in EU for sake of "Breaking Bad" and "Dino trucks".

I don't know why you keep posting this, it's about aid, not state ownership. The latter doesn't necessarily mean aid as th EU well know, and it's why they are happy with full or partial state ownership of exporting companies so long as that position isn't abused.

Totally irrelevant again and no barrel scraping. My post were explanations of Danidl's post for Fingers, not my own thoughts or sentiments.

Well answer my questions about Corbyn then..
Besides State Aid and Nationalisation are interlinked, as is obvious having read Art 107 in its entirety.
Fact is remainers have muddied waters so much, with so many cries of Wolf on everything from FTSE, Sterling Value, medicine and now even Netflix. Its quite pathetic now Flecc.
You didn't answer any points I raised about Corbyn and his perception of EU. Very telling. You dont know either.

Correction the brexit shambles had been created by rabid right wing Tories who want to protect their offshore assets, not those who voted to remain, or who are trying to minimise the disaster.
He offered what young people should have a right to, that's not a bribe.
I'm not a fan of his by the way and if we can't stop brexit, hoping for a no deal brexit, as I always have.
That way brexit voter's get their chance, and very educational it will prove one way or the other

The last thing I want is a half hearted deal that doesn't educate the voting public one way or the other, but I have to say that the Tory government is worse than useless, if you pin your hopes on them, you must believe in miracles.

My forecast is that your vote for brexit has bought far more trouble that it could ever be worth, and as they say, you ain't seen nothing yet!
We are heading for either heaven or hell on earth with no middle ground.
Despite what the press say half of the population never wanted this and when things go wrong there will be a reaction

But then you knew what you voted for as we are often reminded
Amazing that you did so with no plans, and zero understanding of what the EU is and does.
You've been had, haven't you?

.. which is exactly what I said on three occasions.. Fingers you must learm to read. It is not necessarily a big earner, but every little helps.
As the UK loses these crumbs, they start to build up. How many small enterprises will move sideways into France or Ireland to retain market share..it has already happened with numbers of British solicitors applying to the Irish Bar

his offer of free university tuition got the welcome it deserves but he should have said that he only intends to reform the student loans and take over the student loan company, not forgive the student debt.
He left the qui pro quo to after the election. That's less good.

My link was the current issue of Computer Active.. a British weekly computer magazine, and this has nothing to do with the EBU. ..that is the second red herring you have introduced into this minor topic.

Only trouble has come from some remainers, seemingly those with romantic unrealistic views of some Utopia far removed from the real EU, demonstrated today by posters lack of knowledge of such as article 107.
Yiur view of EU is based on sentimental (agreed pleasant) notions of EU. In truth its a racist, elitist class ridden organisation offering little help for those in desperate situations throughout EU. Wake up OG. Take a drive around EU, it has wider class, political and financial division than ever and getting worse.
