Theresa May has said 'A line should be drawn' under this matter! So, somehow, there are certain times and occasions when it's ok, just fine - normal, to behave inappropriately and use lewd language towards a woman in the workplace?
This is just a bit of good natured sexual assault. The perpetrators never intended for it to be exposed, and now the evil people who were subjected to the unwanted sexual advances have ruined the fun. They were expected to remain silent and to be mindful of the fact that their word would not stand up against that of a senior politician.

Drawing lines under things is a first class method of making inconvenient events such as a bit of rape, a smidgin of sexual assault or an eyeful or porn simply disappear. It answers all the questions, restores integrity and leaves not a trace of resentment. Or have the Westminster elite got it wrong?

Leaves the door wide open for the conspiracy theorists. The cleansing of the entertainment industry has been like a wildfire, yet the world of politics has been a damp squib that has been extinguished at every "corner".

From the Daily Express
"
Labour Remainer plot EXPOSED: Anti-Brexit MPs plot to change bill to STOP UK leaving EU
DESPERATE Labour MPs have hatched a plot to change the Brexit Bill in a bid to revoke Article 50 and stop Britain leaving the EU.

"Plot"? since when was it no longer legal for Mp's to oppose a previously agreed position?
Brexit has become a "Sacred Cow" and "Taboo" subject, at least to the gutter press.
Time for the rational to take over from fanatics and take a pragmatic approach to the problem.

There must be some sort of Blatant lie Festival at the moment in the Daily Mail
They are running a "Propaganda Fest" extolling the virtues of the British Empire, no doubt to encourage those Brexit voters that fall under the minimum IQ to be a Moron.
"
There were many great things about the empire: TONY ADLER, who has been in battle with the National Archive, explains why the benefits more than outweighed the faults

Hence the outpourings of this man rates front page coverage, there is a picture of a Royal Navy ship that has a deck full of "liberated slaves" that might or might not have been incorrectly titled in the past that he claims proves the "Empire" has received a bad press.
Perhaps he should get an opinion from the Nations that were oppressed by us?
Brexit has certainly turned over some stones that had nasty things under them.now loose to spread their poisonous ideas among a gullible public.

It seems that the Damian Green affair may have been only the tip of the iceberg in terms of parliamentary impropriety. New revelations are emerging about other senior figures, not least the leader of HM Opposition, Jeremy Corbyn.

You can read the story here:

Out of interest, the two tawdry rags whose names appear with great regularity in this thread have a lot to answer for, not for their political bias, but mostly for their gross hypocrisy on a daily basis. Do any of you question them constructively via twitter or their own web sites ? Before they block you for having the affront to question their "superiority" its a good way to go. Questioning is a better approach to a full on broadside.

The benefits for the British have always been quite clear. And they kept telling us that it was good for us too, we needed them more than they needed us. Hold on a sec...

I enjoy Lambasting the "I voted Leave" and "leave means leave" sites on Facebook since a friend posts up their garbage.
Questions are simply ignored as no one on there is interested in having their delusions questioned, it has become with them a mania.

Here is proof that we are truly up the creek without a Paddle
From the Daily mirror
"
9 Earth-shattering revelations from David Davis' top secret Brexit papers"

The 'excruciatingly detailed' sectoral reports prepared by the Department for Exiting the European Union were finally published today and everyone is entirely underwhelmed
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/politics/9-earth-shattering-revelations-david-11736155

1. Tourism is 'purchased by someone travelling'
2. Food is 'vital'
3. Fishing tends to happen in 'coastal towns'
4. Planes have wings
5. Post is 'letters and parcels'
6. Electricity is a 'fundamental part of modern society'
7. Building things often involves bricks and cement
8. Space is a 'global industry'
9. Retail ranges from 'daily necessities to high-end luxury goods'

Actually the "benefits" were entirely limited to the upper and middle class here those at the bottom were no more than serfs or cannon fodder.

And all the ones who stole a loaf of bread or who were "ladies of loose virtue" were shipped off to Australia...

......and there was me thinking we must have transported an awful lot of really good cricketers!

Tom
You can imagine them dreaming of ways to get revenge over upper crust England and one bright spark says "I know, we'll beat them at cricket!"
