Of course no, which is why the Nepalese have no tanks.

More sensible than the Swiss many years ago who bought a number of our Centurian heavy tanks. They then realised they had nowhere suitable for exercises using them so made an arrangement with the French to use one of their training grounds.
.
Near Hull where I live they are training hundreds of lorry drivers in a vast fleet of Unmarked empty trucks that often bring Hull and Beverley to a standstill.
We call them "The Ministry of Road Delays"

Local Scuttlebutt has it than in the event of impending War they will be quickly repainted and decked out with Red Army logos and impedimentia, shipped out en masse under cover of darkness and driven in Convoy into Moscow, where the engines will be deliberately wrecked and abandoned, bringing the Russian Capital to it's knees.

And evidence will be left in the trucks implicating North Korea.

ps: I forgot to mention all the trucks are of German Manufacture.

Although I have a difficulty with #3 and #5, I agree with Cicero's perceptive analysis of the world around him back then. Things haven't changed much at all really over the last 2,000 years it seems, #11 being particularly pertinent.

Interesting that he has omitted the role of religious or clergy. They were as equally important in his day.

Yes, that apparent omission stands out like a sore thumb in that text.

Curious to see if Cicero ever actually referred to the clergy or religion, I made use of my favourite search engine and uncovered this which may or may not be interesting - I got bored after about 30 seconds!

Thinking there must be something else more readable than Cicero's own work, I came across this piece by St Ambrose:

20 seconds was enough this time!

So, there you have it. Clearly, he has nothing to offer on the matter of secession and he never sold as many books as Dan Brown - I should think he bored the arse off everyone around, able to read in those days.

.. well according to his autobiography, he was a riveting speaker , a very clever bloke .. he even knew Latin, and the most moral person to have ever lived. Mind you when I get to write mine, he will have to settle for second place.

They get more and more off planet in the Express
"
'Davis landed a blow!' Farage SKEWERS 'tetchy' Michel Barnier as UK gets Brexit upper hand
EU CHIEF negotiator Michel Barnier's "tetchy" press conference with Brexit Secretary David Davis, proves the UK has gained the upper hand over Brussels, according to Nigel Farage.

"Suddenly Davis, to me, was looking not just like the good guy but looking like the better negotiator in many many ways."
Well that all right then, I'm sure we are all mightily relieved.
Next!

Thats ok, I won't object to you being second... That is what you meant?
I know how to deal with people like you!

(Splays arm on the pulpit, leans forward, and with a slight inclination of the Head, deliver a Vacuous smile and mouths Platitudes at this point.)

No thank you ,Unless you bow to my obviously superior BRITISH attitude, award me the top spot (and give me what I want Free of Charge), I shall fall back on correct procedure and say No Deal is Better than a Bad Deal!
And throw my rattle out of the Pram.

Take back control: UK WILL use Brexit £350m per week to fund NHS, Boris Johnson suggests
BORIS Johnson has restated the claim that Britain will be £350 million per week better off after it leaves the EU and that the money could be redirected to fund the NHS."

Will they fall for it again?

yes. The same people who believe it last year have not changed their mind.

Well, given that the idiots who fell for it last time cannot be honest with themselves and admit that they were wrong to believe the lies from proven charlatans, I expect they will believe it.

The 'Brexidiots' are now desperate to find any crumb of comfort to which they can pin their hopes in the face of overwhelming evidence to suggest that the UK is going down the pan with this 'Brexit' nonsense, that they will believe anything.
