    Mobilgrease28 special offer

I do use a bit of Mobilgrease28 from time to time, but this offer is just a tad above requirements. That's a whole lotta lube! :p

    Bafang crank arms by Lekkie

I treated myself to a new set of crank arms for my bike recently. Fitted today and they certainly are a bit swish! Called Lekkie Buzz Bars, they're made from CNC machined 6065 aluminium by Lekkie in New Zealand. https://lekkie.bike/product/buzz-bars-offset/ Sent from my E5823 using Tapatalk

    Geared hub kit drag

Also, you could try increasing the speed percentage in the lower assist (or for all assist) levels so that the selected Amp percentage of assistance will continue up to the 15.6mph mark? Sent from my E5823 using Tapatalk

    Geared hub kit drag

Resistance from the bbs motor at the cranks should be really quite minimal, zero at the wheel hubs obviously. Try taking the chain off the chain ring and rotating the cranks alone. Only a marginal increase compared to an average standard bottom bracket, nothing to write home about. If there is...

    E mountain bikes

Really should not be a problem. Mine's taken taken some pretty big hits and is still going strong. I've jumped with it, crashed with it and hit countless lumps, bumps and thumps. It's slid down the road at 20mph when I forgot to lock it on and bounced a kerb stone. That said, I have seen varying...

    Bbsxx gear change sensor

Sure, can quite understand that. Correct gear usage and practice helps a whole deal, bit it's fair to say that not everybody appreciates that! The new BBSxx motors are coming through with built in cable for gear sensor connecting, but for my taste the delay is too long. Perhaps more needed on...

    Bbsxx gear change sensor

I prefer to adjust (reduce) stop delay and stop decay or dab brake on the certain shifts and generally only when on higher assist levels. Shifting between 4th and 5th gear as it changes planets being the worse offender. Sent from my E5823 using Tapatalk

Any experience with a Specialized Sirrus Sport 2015

Yes. Nice bike for it. Might have to replace the cable guide under the bb with a smaller/lower profile one as some on spesh bikes foul the motor going on. That is if you're referring to 250W mid drive motor? Cheers D Sent from my E5823 using Tapatalk

    Bbsxx gear change sensor

Yes. The new ones work with either whereas the old ones specified either igh or derailleur. I've got one you can try if you want to test and see if you like it.. :) Sent from my E5823 using Tapatalk

    Is this true.

A good point well made. There is also the noise of a motorbike in the countryside to consider. The peace and tranquillity of the setting will not be disturbed by an e-bike. Going on from there are the green credentials of by far reduced pollution and sustainability extended by ebikes over...

True enough. Sticky wicket could be if you were involved in an accident, say you were taken out by a car or crazy youth giving it large on their scooter moped thing...insurance company gets wind of potential illegality of your ride, you might find you're coughing up for your own wheelchair as...

Yes, converted bikes. Never thought about how it would relate to converting an off-the-peg ebike?

    Bafang BBS02B - If Carlsberg made mid-drive e-bike motors...

Absolutely! I'll always do you a little tickle on another Lekkie Bling Ring or other bits. Although that said, those rings last so long it could be a while before you might need another. Cheers Neal :) Happy riding. Sent from my E5823 using Tapatalk

They are the same markings as all other BBSxx motors.

    Bafang BBS02B - If Carlsberg made mid-drive e-bike motors...

Hi Neal, hope you're well. It is just that. If you are that way inclined and have access to private land it would be possible to do that with some advanced user experience. Used as it is intended at 15A it is simply a super hardy mid-drive EAPC motor. :)
