    Dropped battery

It shouldn't be a problem - B&Q sell some reasonable wood filler for the flooring!

BB Quartz - Fork suspension seized

If it's not moved for a while the top seals may have dried out. Apply a small amount of WD40, or similar, to the suspension tube seals. Leave for 10 minutes, sit astride the bike, apply the brakes and try to push down on the handlebars. If it continues to stick all the way down, keep applying...

    Oxygen MTB handlebar swap

Due to deterioration in health earlier this year, riding the Oxygen with the original 720mm straight bars was becoming very uncomfortable with wrist, elbow, shoulder and neck pains, so after reading reviews on comfort style bars I opted for the On-One Geoff version. After a couple of rides...

    On-One Mary Handlebars

Thanks to all. Need to confirm differences between Mary and Mike versions now. Being a 58 Kg skinny wimp with hardly any arm muscles it's preferable to have all the controls easily accessible from the grips. That's the issue with the Geoff version because Hydraulic and LCD cables are being...

    On-One Mary Handlebars

Thanks Kirstin, very helpful. I'm now looking at the On-One Mike and OG versions as well, so I'm making a chart with all the dimensions I can find for a comparison against the original Oxygen supplied bars and also a set of On-One Geoff type I acquired - for me they don't have enough rise in...

    On-One Mary Handlebars

I've searched through the forum and found a few reviews on the above bars from some time ago. Does anyone still use them and what are you feelings toward them - good and bad. If anyone has them fitted to an Oxygen MTB, can you fit all the levers etc to the bars without having to over-stretch...

Review Oxygen SCross MTB MK II Ongoing Review

I'd suggest you fit the full rear mudguard, or at least coat the front derailleur cable with a decent amount of silicon grease where it exits the outer tubing, to prevent the elements getting in the upward facing tube and seizing the cable.

    Julet extension cables

In the process of changing the handlebars on my Oxygen MTB for On-One Geoff version I've realised the brake lever sensor cables (2 pin) and the throttle cable (3 pin) are going to be on the tight side. Can anyone recommend a supplier of the Julet connector type cables ideally approx 10 - 25 cm long?

    Brake failure

It's not happened to me, yet, but when it does, a caliper/pad & rotor upgrade will be on the cards.
