All sorted. I managed to work it out however, I only really need 3rd, 4th and 5th gear. With the highest gear I'm paddling fast enough at around 17mph. I assume I really need a higher ratio MTB if I want to go faster although I don't. That's the maximum speed of my kit when I peddle.. Thanks

I work near that shop. I put a new axle on bike as rusty but It's created another problem. The wobble. Tbh the axle never came with all the new parts I need, so i had to use some of the old axle parts like spacers, dust covers and one barring cone to get it to fit. Think I wasted my money buying...

@saneagle I've been looking for a cheap bike around me. They always seem to be 100+ miles away. Looked at eBay. Gumtree ect. I need a large bike with most being too small. I'm not ready for another just now but your advice is good and I plan to follow.
