    Brexit, for once some facts.

I,m afraid A) I don't see it that way. B) Corbyn/ Labour want to leave EU. And the endemic corruption you talk of are a way of life in all EU countries I,ve lived in.( apart from France to be fair, but still worse than UK) Spain and,Greece are appalling and its main reason I moved business...

The "death" of the car, (as we know it)

Yes they will. I was making point that home charging is essential for any system to be feasible.

The "death" of the car, (as we know it)

If you look at number and size of petrol stations at moment and then consider an ecar takes 4 times the time to charge as it foes fill a car up with fuel and that gives you half mileage we will need ( even on those optimistic figures) 8 times the area currently devoted to filling stations. It...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Ok , I confess, I,m sat in a one bed flat in Watford and I,m neither Father Christmas or Zatlan...but its fecking hot for Watford.. And I wish some aspects were fictional. When I get back to Filey OG I,ll show you pictures of my stuff on BVI...( not much to show mind) We could meet up in...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Totally agree but that has got nothing to do with Brexit Steb. That's about a CHANGE in emphasis, government and priorities. We have seen none of that whilst in EU, infact Corbyn has said himself the changes required can NOT happen within EU.

The "death" of the car, (as we know it)

Not sure how that works. We looked into having electric as second car..afraid it just does not work for us yet. A good friend has Tesla S...he can and does get 250 miles ( on a 100% overnight charge) He can do a 80% charge in 25 mins at certain stations ( Ikea for some odd reason) But his car...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Tom /OG you can tell me whatever you wish but neither of you have ever in your entire lives done anything harmoniously..flecc possibly but you two ...no chance... And yes enjoying Sangria in sun as we chat so harmoniously. Back to BVI soon. Real work starts then. The Corbyn statement was in...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Perhaps you have another suitable adjective to describe dumbly accepting propaganda without verifying the facts? That's old groaners for you, believe any old left wing tripe.. On a nicer note...32 degrees in Moraira this morning. Got told off by harbour master for playing too near harbour...

If folk sold bikes like Tom and OG put over their arguments salesman would be wearing bike and walking odd. And you,d buy a car..

It was Corbyn who sacked Rotherham MP for expressing her right of free speech..

The "death" of the car, (as we know it)

When in that case I,d fit a second battery and a split charger. ( similar to leisure battery system) Your car alarm would flatten primary battery but not second. On arriving at car with a flat battery you would merely turn second battery to fully on.( I had such system on a Vito a few years ago)...

The "death" of the car, (as we know it)

We have a house with garage about 50 yards from house ( gated community,a pain actually) and we were quoted £6k for a single phase installation..( and its only 5 yards from road)

The "death" of the car, (as we know it)

That's easily solved Flecc. Disconnect battery when you leave it, or put a solar charger on dash. Left car for months. ( with both options) and car started fine...or invest in a,£60 Suoka booster...( mine has started from Small 2,stroke jetski,s, to 7 litre V8 petrol engines..) Its really easy...

The "death" of the car, (as we know it)

I agree with you but for my use I think I,d need a little more range...Our most common journey is 160 miles , with no charging at destination ( a beach)...I,d want a little safety margin...when pure electric is available with 200 miles I,ll get one...but mentioned deal is good.. Having said that...
