    Brexit, for once some facts.

Corbyn is no better the rest of them. He has no interest what is best for the country. He is playing a cynical game, manoeuvring for an opportunist shot at PM. He wants the Conservative party to take us out of the EU, then he can swoop and turn the country into a Socialist’s Theme Park for...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I agree with nearly all that, but I think a second vote is slowly looking more likely. Personally, I think Corbyn wants out of the EU, but he wants the Tory party to do it. That way he can blame them when he crashes the economy into the ditch.

I think the likely outcome is in there somewhere. I can’t see her ever calling a GE because that would lead to her immediate resignation. She has committed to not leading the Tory party into the next GE, that was how she survived when her colleagues wanted to oust her a couple of weeks ago. So...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Following on from the Prime Minister’s record breaking failure last night, the early indications regarding her commitment to seek the views of MPs across the House of Commons seems to be, well, failing. Her interpretation of “seeking a person’s opinion” seems to be talking at them and trying to...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I’ve noticed the public’s ambivalence and I think that is a sad and dangerous position. People need to make their views known and ask for the outcome they desire, but if we have a second referendum, accept and support the majority position.

Plus those who have changed to leave.

I think you may be senile.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

The only way I can see Theresa May making any progress is as follows. Germany instructing Ireland that there will be concessions on the backstop arrangement. How likely that is to happen, I don’t know, but it is the only way to deal stands any chance of succeeding. I think article 50 is going...

I agree. I saw that the bird who had brief fame in the Harry Pothead films has had a tattoo saying “ #times up” stencilled onto her carcass. FFS. Emma something or other I think her name is. Remain gob-piece.

What is a better deal? The benefits of a deal vary from person to person.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I often concede to a majority decision. I will make my views heard, but if the majority disagree, then I accept that. To stubbornly refuse to accept and to sabotage the majority decision achieves nothing except stagnation and an impasse. This is a highly damaging state of affairs and is...

That is because it was a very bad deal. Far worse than remaining in the EU and worse than leaving on WTO terms. TM skilfully navigated treacherous path which reached a point where absolutely no one wanted to be. Quite amazing that. The icing on her feces filled Victoria Sponge is that she has...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

That is the problem, I think the remain camp are of a mind-set and character that they would not accept a leave vote even if it was 90% in favour of leaving. They would continue to peevishly undermine and snipe at the UK’s position. In truth I think some sort of deal will be struck. The...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I agree, more information is now available along with a clearer understanding of the capabilities and competence of those charged with delivering Brexit. As a leave voter the first time around, I would like to see a second referendum as I think it only fair to allow people to step back now that...

Sounds good to me. Woah, the hokey cokey in London’s tube stations of an evening and all that. What’s not to like??

Forgive me, but what is a Dominic Raab and what do you use one for?

    Brexit, for once some facts.

A political party is defined by its members and their choices. Labour chose to have Blair as their leader and to follow his path to power. Blair and everything which went with him was what Labour chose to be. Nothing stands still, what we understand something to be today can change tomorrow...

Maybe not a bad outcome. I have an Hitachi cassette recorder and it chews C120 cassettes up. It’s ok with C90s and C60s, but the 120s area nightmare. Imagine what their power stations would be like!
