Lol I very much doubt they would ever sue for libel unless they can prove they've acted correctly and anything said was false and was said with malice. And they would have to prove damages.

When I'm taking my bikes abroad - which can entail leaving them in a hotel carpark enroute - I go over board. 2 D locks, long cable interwined with two padlocks, plus the Thule locking arms, plus if possible back up against a hedge or wall.

Or Wisper batteries are good. Now getting on for 3 years old.

Most household insurance also give liability insurance. They just don't cover accidental damage to the bike itself.

Its up to the manufacturer/ dealer to prove it invalidates a warranty not the owner to prove it doesn't.
