    C2W scheme best value currently

Mark you need to be careful paying more than the maximum allowed under the scheme. The rules are clear and you could be committing a serious offence if you pay separately in addition to using your voucher. The likelyhood of being caught is low, but the offence serious for both the trader and...

Anyone successfully transported an ebike recently to Spain by courier etc?

I've met a lady customer who regularly travels by plane with her bike and has it carried as a "mobility aide", which she legitimately has need of. However, she contacted us to repair her bike (not a Juicy) because of damage caused by the airline... Personally, I wouldn't recommend using this...

More government support for 4-wheelers, nothing for 2-wheelers....

Mark - the money gets printed (Quantitative Easing), given to the bankers (Bonds Purchase), the bankers (Bonuses) buy expensive foreign brands and in the meantime the prudent savers get hit with inflation, insulting rates and have to watch as our trade deficit further hits confidence and prompts...

    Puncture Proofing

High pressure solution As no one has explicitly mentioned pressure yet, it should be added that keeping tires fully inflated is the most effective way to avoid punctures.

Broke my motor lead - new motor (and wheel build) or is it replaceable ?

I don't have your courage to admit my early, vastly more stupid, e-bike "learning experiences". Top Man!

Cash point machune/atm security advice please be on the alert!!!!!!

I guess a second "Panic Pin", unrelated to the "Normal Pin", issued with every card, might work. But I'm getting more than a little "pinned off" and long for a return to the days of simple trading. Bring on the high street Sheep Dispenser...

Electra Townie with BAFANG 250W. How can i put throttle?

Hi Electro I love the Electra bike range! Beautiful shapes and very attractive to younger people. The company itself has a great range of accessories and customisations to help this niche brand build a loyal following. Excellent marketing strategy! You should be able to connect both brake...

    Trade Free Sunday

I just don't understand how some trade members can devote so much of their time to posting on these forums. We're generally so busy in the physical world of e-bikes! I tend to post in two ways: When I spot that someone may benefit from looking at our bikes, or when I'm in "Marketing Mode", I...

    Insurance for rental bikes?

If you're only considering hire then there's no sense in joining ACT. Go straight to Butterworth and Spengler for a quote (good tip Hech). Let me know if you want some bikes... :)

    Insurance for rental bikes?

It's dead expensive! By joining ACT (Association of Cycle Traders) you can take advantage of some cheaper access but ACT membership isn't trivial. What scale of hire are you considering?

    To all our trade members

Noted Garry. I really enjoy participation in these forums and generally only show our signature and site link when suggesting our bikes as a potential solution. I am saddled ( :) ) with a trade logo even when I'm not trying to nudge someone towards our products, but such is the set-up of this...
