    Hi guerney thanks for info, but it don’t mention chain on page 22. I may not need to add more links to chain yet if these torque washers from eBay are ok as like I said to Nealh the ones from ERider are too long that’s why chain is taught as you can’t move wheel back in drop outs

    Here are some images of torque washers, But I also have before those the ant rotation ones, so maybe its best to leave the anti rotation ones off as I cant fit those if I fit the torque ones 1st as the anti ones wont fit into drop outs then I was watching some youtube videos on torque washers...

    Well this is what I have so far, But the chain is same as I have had from since I bought moped. I have a washer on inside of spokes, and on the outside is a rotation washer plus a big washer then the nut. but how can I tell what size chain to get then, would that mean unlinking chain...

    Nealh if you about Im having a problem fitting the torque washers, as its making the chain far too tight. I have the rotation washers on ok so will they be enough 1 on each side. But its real hard to fit the torque ones

    Well I will now have rotation washers and also torque washers on axle plus that loctite 243 glue on the thread so hopefully that will be ok as can’t see axle turning again. But like I said will do just a few walking distance runs first. But I’m sure it will be ok 4 months been doing this lol...

    Hi Nealh just to let you know at long last after waiting 5 weeks the hall sensors pcb arrived today 12th march so will fit 1 and hopefully it will run straight away if not will have to use those learn wires. or do the combinations. which I hope I don't need to. will keep you updated later...

    so I try bike 1st with wires joined if its not right disconnect and also disconnect battery then join and start again I just tried with white wires joined, and wheel still is same, so will try again I have unjoined plus turned off controller unless its those 2 orange wires are learn and white...
