    Replacement Charging lead

Thanks for all the help, initially I had no idea of what to search for and Alan put me onto the right path measuring the plug diameter, then searching e beay for 5.5mm which put me on the right path and also now knowing I don't need the interference block on it. Now D8ve has given me the idea of...

    Replacement Charging lead

My charging lead has a break somewhere along the first 8 inch or so and needs a good twisting and bending to get my battery to charge. Any of you experts know what I need to be searching for and where I can get a replacment which I can solder directly onto the electronic board?

Throttle and speed stops working and battery indicator flashes

I had the same problem and was due to the LCD detecting the voltage dipping below the set limit, so could be due to bad voltage sag as Nealh says, however my problem was caused by a bad connection between one of the pins which contacts into the battery. I noticed when I went to clean the pins...

Advice please on a replacement controller.

I believe this is normal when the speed displayed is taken from some type of sensor inside the motor and not from a typical external speedo sensor wire on the front wheel. There may be options to switch speed sensing methods in the display settings?

Pedelecs frum makes me feel sick

"so, like before, I don't expect I'll be missed." Your help, knowledge and patience will be very missed Dave, by me anyways. "I'm thinking that I'm a sad bar steward for wasting so much time." Portable pressure washer?

Although you have to keep pumping these up I use something similar to this too, they're not too powerful but enough to shift loose wet dirt.

    Battery calculation

You can also use one of those plug-in energy monitors which gives you the total watts used to charge the battery, I then knock off 20w per hour of charge as that seems to be what the charger itself uses. Probably first drain the battery to totally empty and see how many watts it takes for a full...

    Torque sensor crank drive

What's the torque sensor system all about? Is it where you have to put pressure on the pedals and the faster you pedal the more power the motor gives? I only use PAS and sometimes like to just spin my pedals and let the motor kick in and pull me along, would this torque sensor system be any good...

No freewheel on new BPM 2 hub from BMS battery

If it's anything like my Bafang CST motor then I would open it up, it's easy with only about 4 main parts+fiddly washer's, instead of sending it back. My Bafang motor came from another supplier with a squeaking annoying clutch and got no help from the supplier so I opened it up and put a new...
