    Well Ive decided to forget about doing the bottom bracket myself, as no way can i remove the chain side cogs. they seem to be on the spindle so tight. I gave up as didnt want to damage the chain cogs. I did try hitting it with a hammer but it wont budge. so I am taking bike to a repair shop...

    Hi again I forgot to ask what’s the name of the tool what fits in the female square end it’s 13mm and the nut size is for a 24mm spanner but think it’s best to have a socket bit

    actually Yes I have one of those somewhere dam never thought about using a Digital Vernier Caliper its because I have so many tools you tend to forget what you do have thanks for help ;)

    Oh ok as I was told to let battery go down to about 35 volts each time then recharge. so I will recharge when its down to 38 to 39. thanks for that Nealth :)

    Hi all its sorted now as It was a faulty wire from charger to pin where it plugs into battery, I think its because when i fold up charger its obviously loosened a wire maybe, so will have to see if i can see inside the connector lead. btw my bike is used nearly every day, But I always let...

    I have a 36 volt battery, and to be fully charged it has to say on multimeter 42 Volts which it does, well actuially its now at 42.1 volts but still green light on charger dont come on to say its done only has red light still and charging

    Well too late as I have now grinded down end of pedal. so will now check it should be better now, do you think I need to place a washer behind and in front of disc or just fit arm on with out any just the pas disc only btw what are pop tin shimms

    yeah thats what I had thought about doing really as I do favour this type of disc really, ok i will grind that lot off, maybe at a later date can change the pas disc. just like to thank all of you here who has helped me its most appreciated believe me :):):)

    when you say grinding down pedal arm do you mean in image_9640 the part in inside what goes over shaft there is a lip on inside or the pedal in image_9640 maybe i could grind that down a few mm i have a angle grinder

    there is only 1 more part of bike i can fit sensor, and it wont achieve anything as will be same as before. whats a 1 piece pas sensor do you have a link

    I wont have a clue how to change the bottom bracket. dont you have to remove all the spokes etc chain.

    Hi all I had fitted a while back a pedal assist disc to my pedal shaft. but only have now noticed, that the pedal arm now seems to wobble, reason being, is because the disc isnt flush to end of pedal shaft, but if you look at pictures, I cant have disc fully to back of pedal shaft as it needs...
