    diy vinyl wrap

3m Vinyl wrap, using hairdryer and edge seal works well. Don't forget the edge seal as in time it will lift is you don't.

Best derestriction for Bosch Active Line?

I use the rs bike speed tongle hidden next to motor under casing. Never had an issue, correct reading and can be remotely switched on and off. I also used the wolf teeth sprocket but felt it was too close to casing so ended up buying an expensive larger Haibike sprocket.

    Bosch main bearing

full ceramic bearings, nearly 4 times price of standard and a total waste of money. Don't bother, just saying it's mostly hype ref ceramic imho

    Bosch main bearing

Personally, i wouldn't bother with ceramic bearings. I tied them in a hub on a Cannondale and they lasted no longer and felt no different.

    Sizing

Clearly not as not ridden a bike for years. He bowed to their experience, lol. I had the same problem with ebikeshop trying to sell me a frame 2" smaller than what i need because he had it in stock, really.

    Another Bike for 2019

Hi Soundwave, Haven't spoken for ages. Agree, i'm in a similar situation to you, think my bikes the same, maybe year later. Really happy with it, but son's set his heart on it now as i've already mentioned. Best to keep it in family. The only difference with a new bike seems to be a larger...

    Another Bike for 2019

Agree, Hate the idea of selling for a fraction of what i bought it for and well looked after. Might be a good oppertunity to do a bit more father / son stuff as he's glued to his xbox.

    Another Bike for 2019

Yes i know, a lot of money but i've spent more in the past Colnago c59 with campy super reg eps was 10k, stupid!. My current bike is worth a fraction of what i paid for it, but if my son has it for a good few years and we get lots of pleasure will be worth it.

    Sizing

Been away from this forum and cycling for a while. Got to mention a friend of mine mid 50's, bought an ebike from local bike store in Kent and to my horror in a passing conversation discovered he'd been sold a bike far to big for him. I said nothing, but thought ebike stores should have...

    Another Bike for 2019

My son's 13 and about 5ft.8in already. He jumped on my Haibike Allmtn xduro 2016/17 in medium the other day and loved it. I was going to sell it and buy another bike come 2019, but think i'll keep it as i invested a lot of money in it, still love it and it appears my son loves it even more. Be...

    holy **

I've been using stans seal for near 8 years now on three different bikes and no issue. I think this is just bad luck :(. Saying that, on rare occasions i'll strip the tyre off, check tape etc. I always use stans rim tape and double over valve area, taking time when putting tape on to ensure no...

Try stans hoops with dtswiss 240's, nearly bullet proof and reasonable price.

    Window Shopping....as you do...

Nothing wrong with window shopping, but haven't seen enough advances to warrant buying anything to replace my bike. The Canyons odd wheel sizes does not appeal though.
