My friends in their 60s get their second vaccination in two weeks time. Italy are not short of vaccine. They have unused stocks of the Oxford vaccine. The same applies to others. You can repackage it how you like. The EU is making the mother of all messes of vaccination.

Pfizer isn’t supplying at cost price, they have said so. The same applies to the others you have mentioned, they have also said so. The Oxford vaccine is being supplied at or very close to cost. The others are not. Fact Stop making stuff up.
