Folding - with least leg work required - to get around lake district with photography gear

Route planning in the lakes is very very important either hiking or cycling. As stated for every up in mtrs you generally, on a circular, descend same mtrs. Try routes that only include one of the big three Hardknot, Wrynose or Honister. 30 miles range in the lakes, covers a very large...

    Tingling hands

Sorry John never ridden with swept bars but can expect them to cause less vibratory numbness therefore less need to alternate position.

    Tingling hands

Stand up straight, drop your hands to your sides and see what position you’re hands sit naturally at. This is the angle most comfortable and should suit the 45 degree handlebars. But vibration causes numbness so being able to change hand positions for me feels better, more comfortable favouring...

    Help! Advice (First Purchase)

As I transport my bike on a roof bar rack so had to weigh less than 17kg fully loaded. Not many around apart from expensive Orbea Boardmans or ribble. The Woosh Faro at 16kg perfect for me, and a nice riding bicycle to boot. If you have patience then after lock down then I foresee some...

    Woosh Faro Review

Originally was going to go 32c but got a deal on two 28c tyres and when fitted look much wider and higher than original detonators and provide plenty grip. Really have to get a grip on expenditure, but think a riser may enhance the look.

    Woosh Faro Review

Hi Sutty86 I’ve bought spare inner tubes presta valve 60mm fit great. As for tyres I plumbed for marathon plus, supposedly bomb proof, but come with a weight penalty. Personally I think they perform great, look wider and higher on the rims and feel more assured on the loose stuff. The freely...

    Woosh Faro Review

Possibly detrimental to the manufactures who produce the stealth bikes with internal batteries? Might struggle if the trend moves toward larger volume batteries or will the higher capacity even out the discrepancy

    Woosh Faro Review

Thanks nealh hopefully my internal battery will last a few years. So by the time I replace technology will allow larger capacity for the same weight and size penalty. Cheers

    Woosh Faro Review

Forgive my ignorance but is a spur not a fail safe that only allows current from one battery or the other even if both are turned on accidentally. Probably codswallop but only one turned on, then off before the other turned on would that not work?

    Woosh Faro Review

Mmmmm phrases like advanced overvolting, and parallel batteries in series, kinda sends shivers down my spine . To say my electrical skills are limited is a huge understatement. From the first 100 miles I know I can easily achieve 30 miles range and this will be 99.5% of my rides, so am in no...

    Help! Advice (First Purchase)

Woosh Faro, juicy ticket in that order for price, other way round for aesthetics (just). Think a stealth ebike ie battery hidden in down tube, would suit you down to the ground. I’m 6foot and a cream bun under 90kg and have the Faro which I think looks well, rides nicely and copes with hilly...
