Hi all. I have just bought a new controller for my Ezee conversion kit as the old one was playing up. Does anyone know what these connectors are for? The old controller has just one of them (which is unused) and the new one has two. Just wondering?

Yes I have mate. It was a bit of a fiddle to get it to work with these forks, but I got there in the end

Thanks for all the advice folks, she is now back on the road. I have a busted ankle and the only exercise I can do at the moment is cycling. I was going insane without the bike and haven't been out for over a week. There are still a few tweaks left to do but for now I'm back on the road

I’ve pressed the button and bought the suntour forks So I have a torque arm that fits to one side of the forks already but it’s been suggested that I should fit one to both sides. Are they a standard fit or would I need one specifically for my Ezee motor?

Yes I do, plus it came with a 180mm disk so I may as well upgrade the brakes too whilst I’m at it eh

I know, I feel very lucky. It must have happened in the last 3-4 weeks as that's the last time I had the wheel out. There is a torque arm fitted to the other side of the forks.

hiya all, So I took my front wheel (Ezee hub) off today with the intention to take it apart and grease the internal gear us when I found this.... My front fork dropout (dunno if this is the correct word) has snapped. The forks are 20 years old now and I was intending to replace them next spring...

Sometîmes I think the gods are watching over us lol I took the wheel out of the forks and heard something metalic hit the floor. My forks are fooked, mind you, they are nearly 20 years old and I was planning to upgrade them anyways.. I'm feeling lucky, I may buy a lottery ticket tonight

Rather than starting another thread...... I would like to add a hydraulic brake to the front wheel (can’t put one on the rear) Is there anything available that would work with the ezee kit whilst keeping the brake motor cutout switch ?

Could I use silicone grease?? Or lithium white grease maybe??

Yeah your right there, they are superb motors and I haven’t found anything that it can’t climb. Mine runs on a 48volt battery and runs out of steam at about 26-27mph. Amazingly the battery charges to 54.3 volts and considering its 6 years old, was a cheapo and has done 1000’s of miles, it’s...
