Orbea and BH are Spain's main two bicycle manufacturers. My vote is for the Winora, better tyres, handlebars turn out of the way, pedals fold, Yamaha motor with decent sized double chainwheel (6 gears possible) and the integrated handle at the balance point for lifting it in and out of trains...

It has been modulated recently to take into account e-bike batteries. So independent battery powered lights no, wired from the main battery yes.

I too prefer the Giant, double chainring useful around here, rack integrated into the mudguard on the Quick-e+ which I prefer to the Road-e, flat bars and bar ends are more my thing these days.

I'm with d8veh, depends on the hill in question. Now that I have a few 100 km under my belt I would say different not better. Hill climbing is all about gearing so I would say that the Giant bikes with double chainwheel and Yamaha motor would probably be better in my conditions than the Bosch...
