    Theoretical power Vs Actual power

Is this just WOT or with load on the rear wheel? The LCD reading looks like real Watts delivered to the rear wheel i.e. -20%

    Road testing overvolted KT controller

An update: temperatures have dropped, I am back testing 44.4v and my controller is no longer cutting out. I guess this kind of confirms that I need a cooling system for the warmer weather. The reason I went back to 44.4v is the rather steep climbs on my new commute, as LVC is 43.8v I still have...

    LIME Ebikes for London

Cobalt poisoning the water, not lithium. A Lithium Ferrous Phosphate battery eliminates any pollution risk.

    Pushing ebike

With the KT controller on my kit bike the assistance levels seem to work in walk along mode and I have used it to move the bike and a loaded trailer. It helps a lot. It will not move me if I am sitting on the bike, you get about 45-60 W at the rear wheel.

    Tern Vektron

Bosch Active line and quite well equipped. Tern are very well built bikes when you see them in the flesh. My first choice on my short list for a folder but I would motorise myself.

Is the 1:1 the pedal hall sensor?

Cut male plug and solder in female socket. Been there, done that with my last controller. Not just for the hall sensor plug unfortunately :(

Preliminary advice for fitting a Bafang bbs02 motor only

It doesn't say what cells are in it, you need 10 Amp constant discharge cells with the motors it is listed as supporting. They are getting rid of them because a big motor will eat through 374 Wh in no time and nobody wants one - how long have they been on the shelf? If the cells are half decent...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

The DUP is the political wing of the UVF, UDA and the Red Hand is it not?

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Ah! But brexit does have a bearing on my employers bottom line and I do know a few English people in the Gers (174 km away). Facts have little to do with pontification. I go to S. Sé when I please and sometimes on my pedelec.

No I picked the first on on a page of many. Should I have chosen a DUP one? Would the victims have been less innocent? I live in the Basque country.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

There is no tariff on wine from the EU to the UK. There may be HMRC excise and duty, frankly I don't know but that is a UK tax not an EU one.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

What does Brussels have to do with Paris? They are stopping hooligans from burning central Paris to the ground, is that a bad thing? See above, all French military vehicles display the EU flag.

Preliminary advice for fitting a Bafang bbs02 motor only

Correct, badly worded. Edited, I wanted to say "you can use PAS, you don't need a throttle."

Preliminary advice for fitting a Bafang bbs02 motor only

Welcome. A battery at 30% of list price didn't raise any suspicions? You will not get much range from that battery, I hope you weren't intending to go far? You need a Bafang LCD, a speed sensor, brake switches. You don't "need" a throttle but as you have a moped motor why not. The LCD is...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

All French military vehicles have the EU flag on them - the army is proud to be in the EU. In other news Molotov cocktails, baseball bats, slingshots and other various clubs, knives and iron bars are considered to be weapons. Did you see on TV the person with the battery powered angle grinder...
