According to some guardian estimates it was nearer 8000 on the pro Brexit march.

You sure it's facts?

Or is it another lie Tom?

Tom?
Another contra quote doesn't make tom a liar, but your repeated slur does make you one, it's juvenile.

So you're advocating an MPs murder for a silly joke?

After Jo Cox do you not think that's in bad taste?
It was wasn't it? ill advised too, when there are people hanging around upset that Brexit is going belly up , and desperately hoping to score points over something like that

And this headline in the Express shows what sort of event it really was
"
BREXIT BETRAYAL MARCH: Thousands march through London demanding HARD Brexit
THOUSANDS of anti-EU protesters yesterday marched in a Brexit Betrayal rally led by controversial activist Tommy Robinson at the same time as a rival opposition demonstration took place.

This squalid little UKIP/Idiot Fringe Demo is covered here
https://www.hopenothate.org.uk/2018/12/09/far-right-brexit-demo-attracts-fewer-expected/
Here is an extract
"Worryingly there were numerous signs calling Prime Minister May a ‘traitor’, a dangerous narrative in the post-Jo Cox era. One man even carried a full sized gallows and noose. Another sign on display stated, “Lügenpresse”, a slur against the media popularised by the Nazis, and seen in the crowds at Trump rallies."

Let us remember who and what Tommy Robinson is and represents
He is a Far right activist finance
https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2018/dec/07/tommy-robinson-global-support-brexit-march?CMP=share_btn_tw"

Brexit has certainly encouraged the dregs of society to come out, hasn't it?

And if you are defending this demonstration of Right wing nut cases, you have identified yourself as one of them
Think about that

And Boris is off again in the Express
"
Boris Johnson sets out new plan to SAVE BREXIT - ‘It’s time to show some STEEL’
FORMER Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson has set out his plan to save Brexit ahead of tomorrow’s crunch vote on Theresa May’s EU exit agreement, insisting the UK should keep half the money we’re due to send to Brussels until a free trade deal is agreed."

Show some steel? from the man who fled and hid the day after the Referendum result was announced as his plan had failed spectacularly and not resulted in a defeat for leave and increase in his popularity as a heroic loser against the odds?

Only a complete idiot would place any trust in anything this clown says

Daily Mail has this
Iain Duncan Smith warns Britain could erupt in Paris-style riots if Brexit is stopped as Labour shadow minister Rosena Allin-Khan breaks ranks with Corbyn to back a second vote
  • Iain Duncan Smith said a second referendum would leave the UK bitterly divided
  • Rosena Allin-Khan joined MPs across parties to back 'People's Vote' for first time
  • Labour frontbencher addressed crowd of 4,000 to backed second referendum
  • Jeremy Corbyn has downplayed prospect of Labour backing second referendum
  • Labour leader wants to force a General Election and take over the negotiations
If Brexit isn't stopped we will have riots

Last Thursday Pascal Lamy the head of the WTO said that Britain trading on WTO rules would be like a Division One football team being relegated to Division Four

Scroll down a little for the video.

Am I going to get a No Deal Brexit for Christmas? at least that will guarantee an early re application for membership of the EU after the Public see how huge a lie they have been sold and the "Paris style riots" IDS was warning about.

Yesterday, there were demonstrations on the streets of the capital. People used social media to highlight parts of the event. Here are two examples:

One of the stars and hero of the extreme right, the convicted criminal Tommy Robinson, decided he really ought to actually join UKIP and was advised he could do it quickly and easily online…..

Ah well, perhaps one of the other members (that's a good word!) will dip into the kitty and pay for Mr Robinson to become a fully-fledged member, just like the rest of them.

In my ignorance, I researched the name Pascal Lamy, wondering if perhaps he was related to the Tottenham MP of a similar surname.

On realising that the surnames are spelled differently, besides which there is a very slight difference in ethnicity between Pascal and our own David, I satisfied myself that there was almost certainly no connection between them.

However, browsing through the lengthy Wikipedia entry on M. Pascal, I noticed that he is a former European Commissioner for Trade, indeed occupying that position in between Leon Brittan and Peter Mandelson! I had completely forgotten that we once had these formidable honest brokers:rolleyes: in such high office within the EU during the first decade of this century. How times change!

Somehow, probably to do with my opinions on brexit, I find difficult to see the potential for riots depending on leaving or remaining in the same light.

There seems to be a threat implicit in riots if no brexit.

There seems to be a prediction that the consequences of brexit will cause riots if brexit.

It’s a great place to live and pontificate over other peoples lives that have no baring on your own.

I’m a big fan of San Sebastián. Go there at least three times a year.
Ah! But brexit does have a bearing on my employers bottom line and I do know a few English people in the Gers (174 km away). Facts have little to do with pontification.

I go to S. Sé when I please and sometimes on my pedelec.

A slightly important headline:
Indeed it is 'oyster'!

It isn't a surprise however as the EU has bent over backwards to accommodate the UK's desires in the matter of 'Brexit'.

It's worth remembering that our Lord Kerr of Kinlochard, the author of that exit clause, told the government last year that we could withdraw ourselves from the disaster at any time and there is an interesting article attached which explains why it was important to have such a mechanism:

Please explain...
The DUP is the political wing of the UVF, UDA and the Red Hand is it not?

With regard to the article on Lord Kerr that I mentioned in my previous post, I chuckled at this from the man himself:

“In Britain there was, among Euroskeptics, the theory that one was tied to one’s oar with no escape and rowing to the unknown destination of ever-closer union,” he said. “That Euroskeptic theory was always nonsense because you don’t need a secession article to secede. If you stop paying your subscription, stop attending the meetings, people would notice that you’d left.”

That is a truism if I ever saw one!
