    Cube Carbon Hardtail Mountainbike.

After my earlier post about CRC and Cube things have changed. The pannier rack still hasn't arrived so they have agreed that they will give me a replacement (2016) model. I have to say that I am happy about that - it's just a pity it took so long. If I have a problem again I'll be more...

    Cube Carbon Hardtail Mountainbike.

They have a shop in Belfast with a service department. I think they are opening a shop in the city centre too (so my wife tells me). BUT I have had problems with it. The pannier rack broke and still isn't fixed after 8 weeks (left it for repair on 12th may). A recorded delivery letter to the...

If you voted IN then here's a second chance for common sense

Interestingly only 36.8% voted conservative at the election, so they might feel that the pledge had been broken. Even if you add in ukip it's still 49.5% Does anyone know the constituency by constituency breakdown of the vote? What if MPs voted in parliament according to how their constituents...

How did you arrive at your eu decision?

Thanks for the idea for the thread, fludd. Hopefully people will get to give their opinions without being 'shouted down' For me I have seen benefits of eu membership, as Ireland north and south has benefited greatly from eu investment. Sovereignty didn't feature. Maybe because I'm Irish there...

    Chain Reaction Warranty issue

Happy customers don't always leave reviews but sometimes people who have had problems leave good reviews because the issue has been resolved well. I'm afraid I'm the other sort - I've had a problem, it hasn't been resolved and now I am asking for a replacement or refund. Short story is that I...

    A Tale of great service

Sounds like great service. A problem isn't a problem if it is resolved like that. Compare that to my broken pannier rack that chain reaction cycled haven't managed to fix after 5 weeks... Sent from my E2303 using Tapatalk

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Surely if people tried to register before the deadline and weren't able to because of circumstances beyond their control then something needs to be done to allow them to vote. I think it'd be a pity if such an important decision was taken by a minority of the population. Sent from my E2303...

How long to wait for a warranty repair?

Other than my general cackhandedness and lack of time to do it, it is a warranty issue. If it went wrong again I wouldn't like them saying that I hadn't fixed it properly. It's still at their workshop. I'll be calling in person on Monday and will want a guaranteed fix date. Sent from my E2303...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Hopefully you have calmed down now. My feeling that you sound racist came about because of a perceived lack of human empathy and also because i felt you were referring to 'them' as a faceless group and deciding that you knew'their' motivation for wanting to come here. I question why you would...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

What I said was that what you were saying made you sound racist. I didn't call you a (removed) It was you said that to me. (removed) It is an attempt to bully, even if you don't realise it. But as I said, I don't value your opinion. It is interesting that you don't seem to reply when people...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Like I said, it's an internet forum. You are the one who has resorted to insult rather than countering the argument presented to you. Having said that, if you want to trade insults that's fine with me (removed by admin) Sent from my E2303 using Tapatalk

    Brexit, for once some facts.

I do apologise. I was on my phone and cutting and pasting is a pain. Anyway, what you said was " the only thing these people are desperate for is to suck up UK resources and money from the public purse like voracious vacuum cleaners." Of course instead of just calling me a liar you could...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

What I said was that your opinions made you sound racist. But can I now add that your reply makes me sound like a bully. Typical reaction of a bully is to become belligerent Luckily 1) this is just an internet forum and 2) I don't value your opinion of me at all

I should have mentioned - all your arguments so far make you sound like a racist who is unable to empathise with people who speak a different language than you. That's my opinion of your opinions. I suppose I could be wrong Sent from my E2303 using Tapatalk

And you base that statement on what research? None of them want to come here and work to look after their families? Remembering of course that illegal immigrants don't get benefits and can't work either Sent from my E2303 using Tapatalk

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Three questions: Do you realise that we are talking about people? Not cardboard cut-outs. In what sense are their actions an ' attack on UK law'? Any more than you breaking the speed limit is an 'attack on the law' Having got into distress, are we not obliged to save them? Would you turn them...

I have found the perfect electric cycle

To be honest some of the replies seemed to take glee in bursting the OP's bubble. The vast majority of people live their bikes and it would be good to recognise that before mentioning any potential problems they should be aware of. Having said that, the OP comes across as being very similar to...

How long to wait for a warranty repair?

I am looking for opinions on how long it is reasonable to wait for a warranty repair. The pannier track on my cube town bike broke - as in actually snapped. This caused the wheel to rub against the mudguard, although some cable ties got me home. Worth noting that a month ago a bolt sheared off...
