I'm really interested in the Cube Elite Hybrid SL500 29. But having trouble finding a dealer not to far from East Anglia. Does anyone know anything about these Cube model's? Good or Bad!
I think they just sell them online only, No shops.I am thinking of getting a Cube ebike from Chain Reaction. Do they service /repair their bikes or just sell them? Does anyone have an opinion of this company? Thanks.
Hi, Thank you for thinking of me, But no i didn't make Cambridge on Sat, had to work After spending time looking at various websites Cube seems to be the hot favorite Just got to find a Dealer not to far away! Thanks again.Hi Clare, Did you visit our Cambridge store on Saturday? We have Haibike and we had the Nduro Pro you were interested in.
They have a shop in Belfast with a service department. I think they are opening a shop in the city centre too (so my wife tells me).I am thinking of getting a Cube ebike from Chain Reaction. Do they service /repair their bikes or just sell them? Does anyone have an opinion of this company? Thanks.

No problem. Pop by sometime if the Haibike models make your shortlist again. If not enjoy your bike when you get it and thanks for considering local bike shops first.Hi, Thank you for thinking of me, But no i didn't make Cambridge on Sat, had to work After spending time looking at various websites Cube seems to be the hot favorite Just got to find a Dealer not to far away! I have the Cube c-62 carbon elite hybrid and yes things can go wrong but i have to report that mine has been used hard since feb this year and it has been perfect. If someone is about to part with £2k+ for an electric bike they want a machine that is reliable with good repair shop not too far away. Trouble is with a battery and a motor there are more things that can go wrong on an ebike.
After my earlier post about CRC and Cube things have changed. The pannier rack still hasn't arrived so they have agreed that they will give me a replacement (2016) model. If someone is about to part with £2k+ for an electric bike they want a machine that is reliable with good repair shop not too far away. Unless your going to save hundreds (doubtful) buy from a bricks and mortar store. It's foolish not to.I am thinking of getting a Cube ebike from Chain Reaction. Do they service /repair their bikes or just sell them? Does anyone have an opinion of this company? Thanks.
