That spec has changed since I read it and posted. It clearly said vbrake and it clearly said 20mph but limited to the european maximum. not misread. it was an edit and a quick one. are you a shareholder Flecc :) Dufus

Website has products on now although Torq spec is different to the one 50 cycles used to sell as it now seems to have a front Vbrake and it is implied that its de-restrictable. Looks like a purchase if thats the case! Dufus
