What about the photo? It certainly leaves an impression of a motorcycle.
Yes, carefully chosen, and of course there are many kit bikes like it.What about the photo? It certainly leaves an impression of a motorcycle.
Me too, kit bikes include the most dangerously illegal ones on the road and SVA would stop that abuse.I would welcome SVA test for all kits.
And easy to implement, but of course wouldn't ensure the bikes they go on are fit for purpose.type approval for all kits would be a lower cost option.
How would MSVA stop the ileagl kits and dongled shop bought bikes ?Registration for all. No number plate = ileagal bike.Me too, kit bikes include the most dangerously illegal ones on the road and SVA would stop that abuse.

Why are all the old government adverts still not on tellyWhy the hell isn't the story to be told about this unfortunate death all about teaching people how to cross the road safely

A plate with approved kits to be affixed in a prominent position. Not perfect but a way for the police to see illegality in many cases and also a deterrent. How would MSVA stop the ileagl kits and dongled shop bought bikes ?Registration for all. No number plate = ileagal bike.
So you will be able to ride a shop bought dongled bike with no tag/ number plate ? Registration for all is surely the only way.A plate with approved kits to be affixed in a prominent position. Not perfect but a way for the police to see illegality in many cases and also a deterrent.
I didn't post about dongled shop bought bikes, only about kits having SVA.

I'd happily accept the s-pedelec requirements with a sensible helmet option if I were to buy an s-class machine. However that isn't going to have made one jot of a difference to the outcome here.So you will be able to ride a shop bought dongled bike with no tag/ number plate ? Registration for all is surely the only way.
