you could squeeze the electrics (including 36V 10.4AH battery) in a CD kit to under 5kgs.
Or even less with the right hub drive. 2.1kg for a Q100CST and 1.5kg for the Whoosh 36V 10Ah battery for the Zephyr B for a total of 3.6kg, plus controller and display. If only they did a 260rpm version of the Q100CST ...

I may stand corrected but I think that is a typo. I can't believe that battery is only 1.5kg ?

Also at 22kg that's a pretty heavy folding bike

that battery is relatively small, about the size and thickness of a PC keyboard and felt incredibly light when I took it in my hands. I reckon it has 10S3P arrangement.
The weight comes from the BPM motor, the rest of the bike is more or less standard parts.

So each cell is 3.3Ah, do we know what cells they are using ?

I am still using the older Sony Konion 1.5Ah cells for my DIY battery creations mainly because they don't require a BMS. Maybe I need to catch up with some new updated cells.

I guess the motor has some real grunt then, unlike my light assist folding creations :)

woosh use normally Samsung SDI cells, so price of those 3400mAH cells must have come down a fair bit. The BPM pulls very well, the 52T chainring is also a good touch.
