that depends on what you call winning a war. It hasn't won in Ukraine.
He's got what he really wanted and that I call a win. Here's my predictions starting even days before the war began, proving absolutely right:

Prediction post with map and photo of bridge he would use to feed in forces to attack from Crimea, posted here two days before the invasion. Admit it, I got it right, NATO and the Unkranains got it wrong, thinking Kiev and Kharkiv were his most important targets:

Confirmation of that and not staying in Ukraine, opening day of war

Map on day 2 of war, accurately predicting what area Russia would take to get Crimea access

The situation could have been different if the Dems didn't lose control of the house.

Oh dear! The sacrifices that all those guys made by driving round in a milk float to try and clean the air and save global warming going up in 900 tons of toxic smoke. I think it was mainly Nissan Leaf batteries.
Shows how brilliant their Japanese battery design is.

They can't catch fire until they are in recycling and no longer Nissan Leaf batteries.

Yup, and the planet might be a bit different too if that bloody asteroid hadn't wiped out the dinosaurs.
Still, Trump is a calamity for Americans and western Europe. He is currently ranked the worst president ever of the USA. I would also add murdoch and fox news to the list of calamities.
BTW, do you follow the story of maga republicans investigation of the bidens and alexander Smirnov?

Who rated Trump the worst president? He's miles ahead in the polls, so the voters don't think so.

Is it a similar nasty fluoride that's put in toothpaste and mouthwash? !
Oh no, particulates, there goes the ULEZ, tut, tut!
No mention of cobalt tho..
There, fixed it.
All of which will put battery prices up again, kerching.
Not that that was the intention all along, no, ;-) :)

Battery prices are coming down, -30% this year. LFP will come down to 95 dollars a kwh before the end of the year.

But what about the Iran/Iraq war, and alleged backing of strife elsewhere thru proxies? Any truth in that?
It's all true, undermining and causing strife in other countries is the CIA's most important function on behalf of the US government.

We are involved too through the BBC. This link below will tell you a lot about that:

And this link below is the BBC's admission of their guilt:

I think that Putin 's time is limited. He wouldn't have had the need of getting rid of Navalny otherwise. Sooner or later, change will come to Russia. There will be someone new in Russia that will see that negotiations are better than conscription.
When I read your above post I was certain that you have completely misread the Russia / Putin position.

Latvia borders Russia and has between a quarter and a third Russian Population so they know a lot more than most of the Russian position.

I've just been listening to Krisjanis Karins who was Latvia's Prime Minister up into last year and is still a current Minister. He believes, like others in Europe, that Russia is a current threat to NATO neighbouring countries.

He categorically insists that Russian policy will not change at all if Putin goes.

For those who want to understand some of Putin's motivation:
"Last week, Mr Putin raised some eyebrows when he said he would rather Mr Biden take the presidency over Mr Trump in November.

"He's more experienced, he's predictable, he's an old-style politician," Mr Putin told Russian TV. "
