That link seems very different to how you were characterising it :

"In June 2022, an ECHR judge used that power to temporarily stop the first Rwanda flight, until the migrants on board had had a chance to put their case to British judges.

That delay in the flight allowed the migrants to take their case to the UK Supreme Court, which ruled last year that the entire plan was unlawful."

So it was the UK Supreme Court that ruled the plan unlawful, not the "foreign court" ?

As I understand the plan, it is to send Asylum Seekers, rather than"illegal migrants" to Rwanda to have there cases heard. If , in Rwanda, they are found to be genuinely seeking asylum, then they will stay in Rwanda
NOBODY who comes here from France is anything but an Assylum Shopper. France is a safe and humane society. End of.

the word corruption is typically used to describe politicians who use the powers that voters confer to them by their votes to serve themselves. They trade policies for money. None of us can do that.

Our government often make harmful decisions, apply incorrectly the laws, like infringing other existing laws, exceed the scope of the laws they say they are relying on for their decisions, or breaking international treaties that we ratified. Judges then can quite rightly intervene to stop our government. That is the normal way. What you are saying is if the conservative government deport some asylum seekers to Rwanda, our judges should not examine whether those decisions break other existing laws? like human rights? If the conservative governments grant oil exploration license to some companies, the judges should not consider if those licenses break existing laws on net zero and environment protection? Consider the civil servants who have to implement those decisions and those who are harmed by those decisions. After all, those who are harmed deserve some justice and our civil servants cannot be forced to be loyal to the government of the day and break existing laws through implementation of government decisions.
These are the kind of unwarranted assertions i have been reading in the Guardian for a decade and more. Boll ox to all thst cr ap. We elect governments on ghe bssis of whst the majority want. Of course some prople dont like it. That ought not to empower the disaffected minority to tie up the programme in endless legal shyte, as has been done.

Nevermind Trump, Putin is president since 1999, 25 years ago and probably until he dies. Orban is president since 2010. Xi is supreme leader since 2012. They control the media, suppress opposition , put loyal servants in key positions, change the constitution and are not leaving anytime soon.
Yes, I'm thinking of moving to Russia. I heard that both the food and fishing are good, plus, of course, the girls are pretty. I'm just waiting until after all the bombs have gone off in the hope that there might be some cheap properties.

Now that you're a ghost, you don't need to read the Guardian anymore. You should be able to do what I do, which is use ghost methods of telekinesis and telepathy to get the truth straight from the horse's horse thing.

You read it for more than a decade? Jeez, no wonder! Anyway, it's great that your ghostliness can see through it and you're better now. I feel like we're kindred spirits floating through space-time on a journey to truth and enlightenment.

I see, similar to me. I'm doing research on how much underage porn there is on the Internet. When I've collected enough, I'll make a report and give the evidence to the police. I've only got 12.58 TB so far, so it might take a while.

I remember someone offering a very similar defence at his trial. I dont think it went well for him. He was an aging pop star; ex-glam rock, i think. Not sure who, so won't guess and libel someone.

"Former Tory minister says he'll vote Labour and accuses Sunak of 'siding with climate deniers'

Former Tory minister Chris Skidmore has said he will vote Labour for the first time because of Rishi Sunak's decision to "side with climate deniers and to deliberately politicise the energy transition"."
