It was not a problem and the local haibike dealer is fine about the situation.

if i was spending as I have 3 4 o r5k on a bike I would buy from local dealer even if it cost more because if you have any problems you will get it sorted a lot quicker example my nyon turned off while riding a couple of times my dealer gave me a new nyon straight away to try you wont get that if you buy from Germany
