Isn't "ill" Boris currently resting at his own Second Home at Chequers in Buckinghamshire, and returning to his main home at Downing Street next week?

We commented on this before. Both Downing Street and Chequers are work places for the PM. There's office functions at both, the daily despatch box arives for the PM's attention that day. Both places host cabinet and other meetings like Cobra. There's also reception facilities at both for leaders and diplomats from other countries.

So neither is a residence in the sense most understand it, since a prime minister as always on duty, on call, even in the middle of the night.

So as much as I dislike Boris Johnson, I don't think this is a subject for criticism.

Coronavirus: Families evicted from holiday caravans

FAMILIES staying in holiday caravans to avoid the spread of coronavirus have been left reeling after they were threatened with immediate eviction.

There's wi-fi at this holiday park yet they got turfed out. When visiting I was able to telecommute. It also had a nice kitchen, and lounge with access to shops for entertaining.

It has actually been specifically denied that Johnson is receiving red boxes.

Where did you get this from? Living in Ceredigion, I've heard nothing in local papers or news.
Did a 21 miler yesterday from where my wife works (bike transported in the vivaro) up onto Llanllwni mountain then home the long way along mostly single track roads. Saw no police at all, waved to a few people as we passed from the other side.
So, a solo bike ride through extremely rural (some moorland) territory, not coming within 20feet of anyone. Wonder how many regulations (or is it laws?) I've broken. Guess I should be locked up

Wales wants to lead the World in introducing tighter restrictions when everyone else is doing the opposite . The idiots in charge obviously do not ride bikes .

I agree that the idiots in charge obviously don't cycle. To cycle no further than can be reasonably walked is a total joke. They are also well aware that the Welsh NHS was in a dire state before the virus, overstretched and in the hands of bean counters.
I found this on cyclinguk.org. under - Guidence on Regulation 8 of the Health Protection (Corona Virus Regulations)(Wales) Regulations 2020.
Cycling

17. Cycling is a valid form of exercise and is also a suitable way of going to work. Of course Wales has to do things differently to England in order for the Assembly to justify it's existence. How this intended to be policed around here is moot. Haven't seen a police car for about 3 weeks. As I type I can hear two chainsaws in the valley and the agricultural/hardware supplier, just over the road, is open.

Generally I'm being careful but reasonable. Went shopping yesterday on the bikes to the local town. Stood outside the veg shop waiting (only one person at a time inside) on a pavemnent only about 3 foot wide. 3 others in the queue standing 6foot apart, however those walking along the pavement had nowhere to go. Guess we all just held our breath.

I'll bet he'll be driving back using his private car too, rather than commuting on a Boris Bus as an "essential worker" or cycling using a Boris Bike!

It does smack of double standards!

Of course it is double standards .. and why not?. You elect people to be your leaders, you expect them to fly around the world doing business on your behalf,and you give them powers of life and death over you and your loved ones . Like him or loathe him, BJ , Chief Constables , your Admirals etc are your superiors. You have given them this authority. It is unreasonable to expect them to follow the same restrictions... And no this is not irony or sarcasm ,just reality.
