How i can increase max speed of my bike?

There is an article New EPAC standered for safe bikes on the bike Europe web site that talks about self certification. I only know about the test houses for type approval not EN 15194 for EAPC's.

Just replying so you don't think I'm ignoring you. This bike is a few years old so I've had to go to KTM in Austria to get a copy. I hope to have something back to you before the end of the week. But I am going on holiday for a few days, so if you don't hear back, that'll be why.

A 36v battery and controller will give you 50% more power and speed without compromising reliability. If you turn everything up to maximum, range will be about the same, or you can get a bigger one if you want more range

You can get any 36v battery you want. A down-tube one would be better than a rack one.

Before getting a new controller, you need to establish whether your motor is sensorless (3 wires) or sensored (8 or more wires).

My motor is 6 wires. I see 3 big pins, and 3 smaller pins. See attached photo.

Can you suggest me a controller?

As currently i am getting 10-15 miles range from my 24v8AH battery and 15-20miles from my 24v15ah(2x12v 15ah lead acid) battery. Do you think that i can get something similar if i force my bike with 36V or if i put 48V motor with these batteries?

As i am delivery driver usually i make 1-2miles, then 5-10mins resting and again, again, again.

To all posted about the high speed... guys i know how to ride, i have HONDA CBR which goes up to 270km/h.
Of course after i make the modifications to my bike i will buy disc brakes or just change the bike, right now i want to get cheapest option for faster bike.

Forget about that kit. Your batteries don't have enough power for it. I don't see a photo of your motor wires. I'm wondering if there's a misunderstanding. There's a cable that comes out of it. How many conductors are in that cable? Look at its connector to see how many pins.

That means you have a sensorless motor with a speed or temperature sensor in the it.

It means that your can't use a controller for sensored motors because yours is sensorless. The controllers in my links above are dual mode so they can run sensrless motors.

in last case can u suggest me 36v kit(i think that its cheaper than 42v and easier for me to power it with my current batteries and one or two more?) which i can use or some cheap but faster bike than mine? second hand prts or bike is also perfect for me

36v is 42v when fully charged, 36v is it's nominal charge rating.

The sensor is a PAS or torque sensor the red led pulsing just indicates it is working.

If you currently have 24v battery pointless fitting any 36v kit as it will run even slower.

You can wire in a 12v supply it has to be in series with 24v battery and not parallel.

You can use any 36v controller but will need a compatible lcd and probably another PAS sensor if you sensor is for a torque BB.

Or simply just by a kit from this seller for a bit more speed, just select the wheel size you need.

Your existing controller is limited to 14.5 mph, so adding more voltage will make little difference to your top speed. In post #104 D8veh has given you a link to 2 controllers, which along with a 36v battery, should give you around 30 kph, but you will not be able to run this at 24v. Any further speed gain and you will need to go to 48v and a bigger 25-30 amp controller, which may then be too much power for your motor to be reliable.

You may do, theoretically a 36v battery will increase the hub speed and torque by up to 50% if the controller or system isn't speed limited. Though there is a risk the higher voltage may smoke the controller, in which case you would need to get a new one. You can check the capacitors in the controller to see if they are marked/rated for 50v supply.

Show us a clear pic of the handle bar display and one of all the controller wires nicely separated (not a tangled nest).

The second photo is the connector for the display.

2 of the plugs are for the brake levers, one for display, one for sensor, one plug + single wires for motor.
And we have 2 double plugs who are not connected + the white cable.
I see a jumper which is not connected in the pcb, what it do? I think it says ENACTMENT

The white connector is the programming cable that allows someone to adjust the speed limit, but you can't do anything without the software and some sort of PC interface.

Looks as if your only chance of bit more speed without making hardly any changes is to try 36v to see it that helps though you need to monitor the discharge as your controller lvc will be to low, the battery bms should cut out though discharge may be quite low and a bit too deep.
That said the controller may even not recognise the extra voltage supplied so may not work at all at 36v, in one of the pics there is a black and white capacitor if it reads 50v then the controller should be safe from going up in smoke.

Having the software/programming interface looks as if it rules out manual speed adjustment.
