No, not really. I can only buy proven 250w kits.

@Nealh you added extra 6902RS to your tsdz2, how would you remove them if you need to?

Quite easily , the RHS simply pops out from the spider from either side once the spider has been removed ( my one fitted quite tightly so no need to glue in place). The LHS again will come out , though one may need to gently tap the axle casing for it to vibrated out (LHS of motor inverted), use a magnet to gently pull it out or use sharp tweezers to remove it.
The fit is firm but not over tight , it slides in freely so unless water gets in to rust it , it should come out ok.
One can fit two extra bearings on the RHS but then there is no seal , so one and the seal should do the job nicely.
I don't use my Ute in rain or deep water so for me rusting isn't likely, my main use is heavy trailer towing for dealing with my bees so weather wise it needs to be generally dry and mild.

For wet weather I use my Road rat with the bullet proof G370 front hub, a gem of a motor.

thank you for the explanation. We'll fit extra ball bearings before we ship the motor.

Sometime after 10m 24s in this video @soundwave linked recently in another thread regarding the Photon, the "Western representative" of Toseven is described as a "Salt of the earth kind of guy"!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D

Whoever he is, that guy should be commenting on forums.

Most of the snapped drive /crank axles do appear to occur with the wider 100mm BB models but also may be to those who like more power and stand on the cranks alot.
The std 68/73mm BB should be fine though if laterala play is reduced it has to be a good thing.

The RHS is more exposed without the seal , though one can modify a seal as has been mentioned . For this bearing the 6902 LLU max bearing has better balls and maybe better water proofing with the integrated seal.

no not my m8s motor but plenty out there with broken axles which means 1000 quid for a new motor out of warranty if they even make it any more as another 2 just launched couple of weeks back.

what is not clear to me is Alex's position within toseven's organisation.
Is he part of the design team? or part of the marketing team? or a contractor?
@Blacklite: have you received your motor yet? We look forward to reading your review.

Anyone else find this behaviour stalkerish?
It's simple observation. Everyone who logs in is visible to all, as are your posts and any other public information you have consented to share on the open internet.

Yes. I was talking about the behaviour of actually monitoring who was looking at a post. Because you can doesn’t mean it’s not weird to do so.
I was interested in this motor, so of course I'm interested if any of these questions about this motor are being seen. Seen but not answered by people who have this motor, or are about to take delivery of it. I observed when @alexfnoble logged out, another of a handful of entities immediately logged in to make comments supportive of @alexfnoble, or to attack other people. It's all rather obvious.

I can't miss seeing who's online, I use a desktop PC with a big screen. It's on the bottom right corner of the screen under "Latest Forum Posts". CSS renders differently for phones and tablets. If anything is being weird, it's your phone or tablet, and if anything is monitoring you, it's this forum's software, ad tracking etc.

If you're nervous about sharing personal information on the internet, don't, and avoid using the internet. This product is free because you are the product. Every detail about this motor will be discovered eventually. Quit complaining and engage in conversation, if you want to.

Not complaining and I have been engaging in conversation. I will post a review of the motor when I receive it and have had time to use it.
I’m sure you don’t want me to review it before I have it - though that would seem to fit much more into the dialogue in this thread.
