my m8s cheap bike can kick my ass speed wise but any bumps the chain falls off because of the chain line at that speed over bumps.

He's got one of those? It'd interesting to hear about someone's experience of a Photon. Not that I'd want one, it'd break my bikes in half.

The only time my chain hops off is when I'm accelerating very hard and shifting gears at the same time - chain under tension, springs. And only very rarely - my aluminium frame flexes a lot, which could effect the chainline at high torque. I use Bafang's standard 52T chainwheel. KMC X8.

note the speed difference the bottom one never goes above 16mph and is the same for 74 other rides in the app.

there both from the same ride yet if you look on any other ride the top speed never shows faster than 16.3mph yet on that ride it got to 25.2mph.

now my bike cant go 50mph but the one thing on that ride was another bosch bike went past me and chased it down the road so the fkn things must be talking to each other as it has never done it b4 and i dont put credit in my phone either.

Something's grassed you up. Snitches get stitches. It is the way.

As I understand it, Bosch's comms protocol hasn't been hacked, and the dongle works by blocking and replacing speed sensor pulses... could be dirty RF being picked up as pulses by unshielded cables on your bike, originating from the other passing Bosch's dongle? Maybe cover your bike with a big tin foil hat?

That's the nice thing about some mixing desks, Allen and Heath's are made easy to repair.

my kiox display talks to my phone via Bluetooth but if he had a smart display and gps linked via 4g ect then that could do it.

the speed is right as it is nearly the same on komoot app so has to be gps side of it somehow cos it has never done that b4

Aaaaarrrggghh there's no 24/7 tech support any more, just the fault line 0345 454 1111, which runs tests, says everything is working, claims to be sending a text explaining how to reset power on the router, fails then tries to put me through to a human, but the message then is that help is closed. This doesn't usually happen this often.

Lol log in router status it says 01/01/1970 00:11:13 critical DHCP failed. That would have been a tall order in 1970!
