problem is how are you going to change the batt when it dies ? not that i have ever used any Bluetooth earphones as all sound crap to me tbh.

You should try something like this - I can be anywhere in my home and hear everything streaming from all my computers, digital radio or Hi-Fi (all are connected through a mixing console) clearly. There's the odd click, because it's single channel FM without the diversity channel hopping Sennheiser use on their excelent professional radio mic range. Not flat response - not intended to be reference but consumer grade; adds add bells and whistles, but the sound is clear, spacious (also has switchable SRS which sounds crap, but in a interesting way) and fun with high highs and fairly good low freqs. Beats the hell out of bluetooth for quality and range (up to 150m, in the marketing blurb). Bring back the jack!!!

I really hope truss or boris wins the next election (not as impossible as it seem against a very hard to place, believe in starmer), we need six more years of this.
