Hillary Clinton's illegal private server was hacked. Russians have always been good at hacking. They've probably had a go at hacking your shop's computer. Does that make Wisper or Juicy guilty of Russian collusion?
Rumbled.

I must admit I do like a good conspiracy theory JFK, Lady Di, Moon landings and so on. My reasoning is if you take enough of them then surely at least one must have some credence.
Wow , so JFK had a fling with Lady Di on the Moon!. Who knew?

Andrew Neil and others discussing the state of the Brexit negotiations.

Interesting - and on topic not like all this US election nonsense.

One point I think was incorrect. M Barnier did brief EU fisheries ministries today. ..At least that was the RTE 13:00 hr news. Figures were mentioned as to how much a reduction in quotas the EU were suggesting as being available to the EU ... And the UK considered the reduction grossly inadequate. So when two sides have actually got to quibbling about percentages , the prospect of a deal improves.

EU is making changes - which could easily see us left behind:

European Parliament Votes to Support Right to Repair
Friday November 27, 2020 9:00 am PST by Hartley Charlton
The European Parliament has this week voted to support the recommendations of the EU Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection on the "Right to Repair," including a system of mandatory labelling on consumer electronics to provide explicit information on the repairability and lifespan of products (via iFixit).
https://www.macrumors.com/2020/11/27/european-parliament-supports-right-to-repair/

Of course, the technical design side will be the same. But the support aspects that might be implied could be ignored. For example, your iPhone needs a new battery. In the EU there could be many companies qualified and able - with access to parts, diagnostic software, etc. from Apple - to do the job. In the UK, somebody at your local phone stall might have a go, if you are lucky, using a battery from the last AliExpress delivery...

Transition Live Updates: Appeals Court Rejects Trump Election Challenge in Pennsylvania
The ruling by the Third Circuit Court of Appeals was a complete repudiation of President Trump’s effort to halt Pennsylvania’s certification process. Mr. Trump committed to leave the White House in January if the electors vote, as expected, for President-elect Joe Biden on Dec. 14.

That was a Trump appointed judge. He was helping Trump to take it to the supreme court as soon as possible. I thought someone here would miss that! I told you before. You lot have been sold a dummy. Like a magician, Trump rustles tin-foil to keep everyone distracted while he gets on with his agenda.

I've got a feeling that Wisconsin is going to fall to Trump by a substantial margin by Monday. Let's see if I'm right.

And the reason he has to go

Hitler had this unexpressed expectation that the judges would find a sinister and ambitious conspiracy by the Communists behind the Reichstag fire, but the judges convicted only a single communist. Outraged Hitler leveraged the authority conceded to him in terms of the Reichstag Fire Decree to set up his own judicial system, outside the hierarchical order of the German court system and even outside the ambit of German law. These were the Sondergerichte or the Nazi special courts.

The remit of these special courts was extensive. Almost any crime that could be described as political opposition to the Nazi regime ended up before them. The most notorious of these monstrosities was the Volksgerichtshof, the People’s Court, formed in 1934 to conduct the alleged treason trials. These measures spelt the death knell for the German legal and judicial system. Even the fig leaf of feigned impartiality was ripped to shreds when Hitler addressed the judiciary in a speech in the Reichstag on 26 April 1942. Hitler said: “I expect the German legal profession to understand that the nation is not here for them but they are here for the nation… From now on, I shall intervene in these cases and remove from office those judges who evidently do not understand the demand of the hour.”

That's a very bad case. Try some of this. If it doesn't work, yours is probably a terminal case and it's likely to get a lot worse next week:

Did the US military find the cheque stubs on the German server?

As for SCOTUS, if it gets that far, it'll be a test of their loyalty to Trump to even consider it.

Meanwhile he can continue fundraising for his crack legal team

That have garnered thus far much the same theme:

"Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so."

"Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here,"

The really astonishing thing is that Trump continues to do exactly the things he accuses his opponents of doing , again and again. it is really uncanny ...and he does it FIRST. he called Washington a SWAMP , and then filled it with his crocodiles, He accused the Blacks of rioting and incites it aftwerwards, He accuses the Democrats of attempting to steal an election , and that is what he is doing ...

I am very easily amused:

Joe Biden gains votes in Wisconsin county after Trump-ordered recount
Milwaukee recount, which cost Trump campaign $3m, boosts Democratic president-elect days before state must certify result

A recount in Wisconsin’s largest county demanded by President Donald Trump’s election campaign ended on Friday with the president-elect, Joe Biden, gaining votes.

After the recount in Milwaukee county, Biden made a net gain of 132 votes, out of nearly 460,000 cast. Overall, the Democrat gained 257 votes to Trump’s 125.

Around $22,727 per vote LOST!

I have a suspicion that the Wisconsin country can whistle for their recount fee. It will be a question of hard cheese.
