No Zlatan, you are the one who should give it a rest
Sorry but once again you come out with your favourite "Holier than thou " tripe about being insulted and what do you do?
You come out with no less than THREE insults
..........................................
"Any labour suppprter proposing the banning of private education has gone over line of being labour and into that of communism.
..........................................
And then you come out with this?
"is straight from the Stalin hand book. If the cap fits OG.
..........................
And this?

When you and your comrades have achieved Nirvana

Your motto must be something like this

"Normally I can't stand hypocrisy
But I make an example in my own case"

And by the way I didn't misinterpret your post.
Your motivations are all to obvious to anyone.
.

No your mum smells!

Its what you do very post.

Give it a rest. No you give it rest!
You are being fooled. No you are being fooled!

It's tiring arguing with someone who has the mental capacity of a 10 year old.

Then stop talking to yourself, and do try to post something original and perhaps even vaguely on topic?
Instead of this nonsense about smelly mothers.

Colchester school compulsory homework back after protests

Compulsory homework is to be brought back to a school that abolished it in 2016 to give teachers more time.

The policy introduced to Philip Morant School and College in Colchester by former head Catherine Hutley was "divisive and confusing" parents said.
I like the idea of reintroducing homework. It gets the idea of meeting deadlines and structures into their lives at an early age. This is a good grounding for when they find themselves in the workplace.

I think many European schools are very keen on homework, I know my Italian relations had quite a busy workload when they were at school. Maybe this is why young citizens from EU countries pi$$ all over our crop of young people in the employment stakes. Kids from the EU have a much better work ethic.

I would like to see very hefty fines for parents who’s children don’t meet the homework deadlines too. Homework is as much about good parenting as it is education.

Don't let travel agents rip off parents during school holidays. What they do is criminal and needs curtailing forthwith.
Tell me, who is holding a gun to the parent’s heads and forcing them to book a holiday? With a bit of imagination and creativity you can have a great and rewarding time with your children, and it doesn’t cost much.

I remember Dad having time of work during the summer holidays. We’d always have a project for the summer. Building & flying model aircraft. One year we made a telephone exchange where you dialled an number to switch things on like a fan, a motor or a light bulb. Another time we got an old motorbike working. Brilliant times just being with Dad. I’ll remember them forever, whereas a chips & ale pi$$ up on a foreign beach is soon forgotten.

Not always and not nearly enough.

Fining your way out of a problem isn't a solution.

Travel agents rates need to be capped. Schools could do staggered holidays with a three week lag.

There are loads of ways to look at it. Making parents criminals to be able to afford to take their children abroad isn't one of them.

That's what attending school and being in lessons at set times on set days does. It doesn't need the imposition of homework which is less than helpful in those respects.

The armed forces do the same to far higher standards, which is why many regret the passing of national service, but going off duty meant just that, they never found the need to set homework.

Was dealing with a laptop that needs fixing today. Out of warranty so I asked what the options are. Fixed price, on-site repair at £374 plus VAT. Thinking that was quite a lot, I wondered if there was a return-to-base option. No, sorry, no longer available due to brexit. (Base being not in the UK.)

Your doing it wrong.

What on site repair would cost that much?

They are winding you.

I bet you was wearing your ******* to Brexit hat and they thought they would have a bit of fun at your expense.

The European Consumer warranty should still apply. How old is it and how much did it cost? Apple will repair FOC on computers up to six years old.

It isn't me doing anything wrong at all.

My job was to find out what the manufacturer repair options were. Not to find the cheapest.

Not a consumer product - neither by description nor by the fact the owner is an organisation.

Agree with the organisation bit. Apple treat laptops / computers as consumer products for the purpose of the act.

None of those are insults OG. If you spout communist dictate being called a communist is to be expected.
How is reclaiming land, property and capital into state ownership anything but communism?
Communism is a perfectly acceptable method of government for some. Why is it an insult? Especially so when your doctrine is pretty much in total agreement with that of a communist?
Its like taking insult at being called an Audi driver.... When you drive one..??
What would you call your political doctrine bearing in mind you support total state ownership of everything and a free for all for everybody? Its communism OG...!!!,??

He’s proud to be a communist. I’ve heard Corbyn has lined him up for a job in his theme park, in charge of the assets and savings rinser ride.
