I liked the way BJ put that miserable SNP leader right. '' We will take you out of the EU and then you will try to rejoin, be controlled by Brussels have to adopt the Euro oh and have to give up your fishing grounds etc.'' He could have added 'and you will need a hard border to protect the single market''They are moaning and whinging about us wanting to leave our biggest trading partner the EU, and yet they want to leave their biggest trading partner.
In your dreams, Brussels doesn't control anybody, you've been reading the Murdoch rags again.
The reason Scotland wants to remain in the EU is simply that it doesn't want to end up in the mess we are about to.
And trade with England can easily be replaced with trade with the EU.

Natural resources in Scotland have been valued at one-third of the UK’s total by a groundbreaking new study.

The research, by the Office of National Statistics, examined the value or profit provided by natural resources such as wind, water, oil and gas, and how they are used. The partial-asset value of Scottish natural capital was estimated to be £273 billion – 34 per cent of the UK as a whole – in 2015.

If Scotland becomes independent, The UK's natural resources are diminished by one third not enhanced.
We can't afford that, so a little less arrogance is in order

BJ is simply a liar and if you expect anything good from him you are a mug

we can'r afford to do that, but just take a look at the EU headquarters
Yes we can afford it. Rescuing the present archaic and totally unsuitable crumbling building is going to cost £5 billions. That would build a superb modern parliamentary building.

You used the word frothers, isn't English your first language?
And as to being dropped on the head...
Fingers..voted for Brexit.. ended up with Boris as Prime Minister...... :D
And doesn't seem to be able to connect the cause with the effect....

So because I suggested that you may have been dropped on your head you are now saying I have been dropped on my head?

And because I suggested that English may not have been your first language you are now saying English may not be my first language?

And they say satire is dead.

Not with you around !
If your single brain cell is still working it might recall I noted weeks ago your unfortunate habit of losing your grip while asleep and falling to the bottom of the belfry on your head,
Which means that you have simply copied my remark, not the other way around.
As to the remark about English not being your first language , it could be the reason you make so many nonsense posts when you can't understand what other people have written

Matched by the right moaning about the loss of heritage and history in knocking down that crumbling ruin.

Surely you know we're in a mustn't do anything country?

If we are ever to make any progress, objectors will often have to be ignored, even ridden over roughshod.

Either that or continuously sink towards a third world tourist country future, majoring on history, something that could become more likely with Brexit.

He's doing jolly well for a Lying layabout

Can anyone explain what Gerald is posting these days? Its not a rhetorical question. I'd be really interested to know.

And I thought a poll added up to 100% then again I remember I'm not retarded and know it is.

When your end finally comes, hopefully far away do you think you will regret the days you spent trawling through the internet finding pointless things to cut and paste?

First day in the job and first Promise Broken
Brexit: Boris Johnson rips up Theresa May’s immigration plan and refuses to set limits on new arrivals

And this will really cheer up the Brexit Voters
"In the Commons, Mr Johnson made no mention of the bill, instead telling MPs: “No one believes more strongly than me in the benefits of migration to our country.

How long before he's campaigning for remain?

What will tomorrows broken promise be?

I post Items of topical interest , and it isn't my poll is it? just indicates the reaction on Twitter to you man of the moment you voted for.
Why should I have regrets about the time I spend on here? I regard it as all jolly fun, I know it will all turn out for the best in the long run when we join the United States of Europe, and the nonsense of Brexit lies in ruins in the past.

This is the type of topical interest you follow.

Not very good is it? But hey! You can't trust that mainstream media. Just nut jobs on the internet.

Well this is interesting because I thought that I’d forgotten how to read. I’ve started the Ladybird Key Reading books again, beginning with 1a. I’m now up to 6c and I still don’t know what he’s on about. Could it be Gerald, and not me ,that’s having the issues?

There is nothing wrong with preserving heritage and magnificent buildings. The reason some countries don’t do it is because they have nothing worth saving.

I’m sure Germany would have preserved their medieval cities had my uncle and his colleagues not piloted Lancasters there 75 years ago.
