Its probably been discussed already but here we go...
To my mind Labour have contributed to our current situation and are continuing to make it worse. I will never understand why Labour didnt out Corbyn at the very start and represent remainers properly but to move on..
Does anybody else think the expelling of Campbell show Labour in a terrible light. Like him or loathe him he does represent a massive following within Labour. Considering all those not expelled, from the anti semites to those that lie under oath, the sacking of Ms Champion.. It all smacks of closing down dialogue within Labour. Its either Corbyn's (actually McClusky's) vision or nobody's.
Labour are destroying themselves out of power, which is plain crazy.
The shambles that is the Tory party should be stepping asside to a dominant popular labour movement, Corbyn has plucked defeat from the jaws of victory, handing the initiative to none other than Vince Cable, who like the phoenix has rissen from the ashes, with Farage not far behind. Utter stupidity. Corbyn navigates northern Atlantic looking to hit icebergs. He never misses.
What is he doing?

More importantly I will be at the stadium for the game tomorrow.
Lucky man, I'll miss it on TV since I don't have BT sport. Might have to resort to a live streaming option.

The League cup final was ruined here too. The rest of the country saw Man City win 6 - 0, but here they only won 3 - 0, thanks to our electricity network operator having a series of power cuts between mid afternoon and the end of the match.

What is he doing? Putting principles before pragmatism, not a good idea in politics.

If Boris Johnson becomes Tory PM, we'll have two complete opposites, one putting his principles before anything else, the other not knowing what a principle is.

And the country's suffering will continue.

It's going to be on free to air.

Do you have virgin, BT OR Sky?

I believe its on freeview too. Here are the channels

On YouTube: If you want to watch the finals on YouTube on any device, the live stream will be online here.
On the mobile app: BT App viewers will be able to watch in HDR (HD High Dynamic Range), in the app. App viewers can also watch the finals in VR360 on a mobile or tablet. You can watch from a specific viewpoint, or with commentary from Spencer Owen.
On TV: If you want to watch on a set-top box, you will need to have a BT Sport subscription. Virgin Media, however, will be showing both games for free.
Here are the TV channels for your subscription:
  • BT TV: HD 431, 4K UHD 433
  • Sky: HD 414
  • Virgin Media: HD 100, 4K UHD 532

Thanks for that. While you were posting I found free live streaming options and have amended my post above.

Mobile phone coverage no good to me here, as you know.

I'll probably use YouTube live stream.

A lot of landlords are a bit cheesed off with BT putting it out free. They pay a lot of money for matches to screen and come the big day give BT give it away. I wonder if all those who pay BT monthly will get a discount? Not a clever marketing ploy, could cost them next year.???
I, ve not missed a Champions league game this year, its been incredible. Some fantastic games and comebacks but dont think giving it away is fair on those paying, especially land lords.

Imagine being a pub land lord paying all that out, thinking final would recoup some of outlay and then BT give it away???

Half those lies were predictions on what would happen after the vote itself - not actually leaving.

But - facts eh? Who cares for those. If they don't fit your narrative - change or ignore them.
They were not!
We were supposed to be leaving the Monday after the vote according to Cameron remember!

It twas ever thus. They do it every year. or have done for the 2 or 3 since they acquired the rights. I'd say £1700 a month is pretty cheap tbh. 3 to 5 k isn't unusual down here. I doubt it will affect the custom in most pubs though.

As Russ Abbott used to say people like an atmosphere.

Bottom line now is that we're dealing with a massively split opinion on all this - countrywide I mean. People are fleeing the middle ground and camping out at the extremes.

But.

Oxygen levels are good - gravity is working well here in Surrey - I have at least enough money to cover my bills for the month - so basically I don't give a rats arse. Not right now I mean. Oh if I think about it I give a rats arse.

The trick is to enjoy the moments when you're not thinking about it.
And like a Brexiteer ignore the fact that the fun goes out of jumping over a cliff only at the landing part

But following brexit ive become quite attached to representative democracy. If the public are thick enough to get taken in by the likes of boris and farage, id rather they dont have their sweaty paws directly on the tiller.
a lot of them got taken in by Corbyn and Mcdonnel so maybe you are right

A slight problem with the above. We haven't left yet.
those comments related to what would happen if we voted for leave, not when we actually left, but I suppose it's the same with the money for the NHS. which is continually being cited .We haven't left yet. So in conclusion there is a lot of hysterical crap being spouted by both sides. The truth is somewhere in the middle of the two extremes

I don't think the new one has been a roaring success
He's been slow to act at times and should have done more, but he hasn't cost us lost multi millions and isn't leaving us a number of failed projects to clean up.
