As usual, they are just sore because the mid-terms were better for Trump than expected. A bit like the remainers in Brexit, the Democrats, media and celebs have nothing more to offer than insults, and unfounded insinuations.

If Trump is so bad, why don’t these critics stand up and offer something more appealing to voters? The simple reason is, they don’t have anything appealing to offer. They are simply suits and dresses full of FA, with FA to offer. It’s as simple as that. Many remainers suffer the same affliction.
No tillson they are aggrieved because they don't like their country being run by a man who is clearly not right in the head and under the influence of Putin, and as to suggesting that brexit offers a future worth having is to suggest you are as disconnected from reality as Trump is.

Brexit has nothing to offer but poverty for the people and mayhem in the streets.
And by now you no longer have the excuse of ignorance to explain supporting it.

Well the people who don’t like the way Trump runs the country had better offer up something more appealing to voters in order to win them over. Each sour faced attack on him just makes him bounce back stronger.

As with Brexit, all the remain camp can offer is Mr Mellon Head, whinging and unproven allegations.

The known and indisputable fact is that more people voted to leave the EU than to remain in it, and I accept that may not be the case if we re-ran the referendum today. However, as things stand at this exact moment, more people voted to leave. Remain need to present a clear, case for remaining which is devoid of any childish “teacher, look what he’s done” type emotion. Make the case, engage with the Leavers and try to take them with you. As things stand, remainers could not do a better job of motivating people into wanting to leave the EU. You look at the remain line-up and think WTF.

I would disagree with your simple reason. Pres.. Trump is so bad, that normal logical reasoning fails to work. The big news would have been the sacking of an Attorney General ,yet it was not part of the press conference. Anybody who oppose him on policy grounds, cannot logically reason with him. He did not respond to any of the questions,in what could be described as answering the questions. I watched some of the press conference, and in particular the alleged incident, where he assulted the intern. If anything she assulted him.
The onlly shred of comfort is that a number of senior Republican Senators this morning insisted that the Muller investigation continues, and are making that a condition for ratification of any AG.

Oh good - says I in one of the worst downpours of rain and hail with thunder and lightning in quite a while.

Hundreds of environment agency staff redirected to work on Brexit
Redeployment of 400 staff jeopardises vital work protecting wildlife and overseeing recycling, pollution and flood prevention

Hundreds of staff who protect biodiversity and enforce environmental regulations in the UK have been redeployed to work on Brexit.

The raid on staff from the Environment Agency, which is responsible for enforcing rules on recycling, air pollution and protecting the country from flooding, and Natural England, which protects habitats and species, has been condemned by MPs.

Mary Creagh, chair of the Environmental Audit Committee, on Thursday published a letter from the environment secretary, Michael Gove, which reveals 400 staff have been moved from these agencies to work centrally on Brexit.

No tillson that is not the case, the way to defeat the leave group is to ignore them as beyond persuasion as you have proved, and concentrate on the "Don't knows" or so far uncommitted voters.
Those who still feel Brexit is a good idea are not worth bothering with after all this time, if they still find the leave politicians convincing there is no hope for them, and never will be.

How on earth can you reach people who are not bright enough to see through the pathetic idiots leading the Brexit campaign, who have reneged on every promise they have ever made, and now don't even to bother to promise anything at all?
You have to be slow on the uptake to have faith in people like that

What motivated the leave vote was the wish to protest, and the fact that they
were being lied to and mislead.
Since then there has been a relentless propaganda campaign to vilify leave voters and keep the Brexiteers "on line"
While that is still the case and no doubt part of the reason, the problem now is compounded by stupidity on the part of a lot of leavers who cannot bring themselves to accept they were wrong

While this statement of yours is true enough
"You look at the remain line-up and think WTF."
It is doubly so for the leave line-up. The fact that anyone finds them convincing is enough to shake one's faith in the sanity of people who still have faith in them.
They are throwing their support behind a group who are a threat to the future of the nation.

And for your information more people voted against Trump that for him and this demented disaster on legs still managed to get elected

Applying Dr Jambanathan’s process to the above and “boiling all the crap” out of it. We are left with Trump in the White House, because that is where the voters put him. I’m not saying that’s a good thing, but that is the current situation.

To remove him, something which has more voter appeal needs to come along. From what I can see, there isn’t anything on the horizon yet. Just suits and dresses full of FA.

Actually less voters than the opposition got this creature into power
It wasn't the voters who put him there ,he lost the election, it was a corrupt system that did that.

From what I have read, the Republican Party is very clever at targeting and winning marginal seats, and has succeeded in gaining more seats than their voting strength would justify. If that is added to a little bit of gerrymandering, and locking up potential democratic voters, on remand, the results can be very effective.
The Democratic Party does not appear to have the nous to attack vunerable Republican seats..see how much effort they spent in California, where there were two Democratic Party candidates for Senator!.

The Government's last ditch effort to block our attempt to empower Parliament to act in the national interest has failed. Application for permission to appeal refused - and the end of the line for the Government.

Paranoid Brexiteers are hiding their phones in the microwave

A senior member of the European Research Group (ERG) of hardline Tory MPs has been urging his colleagues to buy microwaves for their parliamentary offices to stop Remainers and foreign spooks snooping on their talks, it has been reported.

The Sunday Times said that Brexiteer MPs were being advised to place their mobile phones inside the microwaves during sensitive meetings to stop hi-tech surveillance.

It is unclear whether Jacob Rees-Mogg knows what a microwave is.

One Conservative MP, advised to buy a microwave for her office, told paper: “Those MPs who have served in government know that it’s possible for British and foreign spies to eavesdrop on conversations when a mobile phone is turned on, so the Brexiteers are now being advised to take the precautionary step of installing a microwave in their offices to stop anyone listening into their calls.”

It added that ERG members were holding important meetings face to face and committing as little as possible to email.

Another MP was reported to have recently ended a call with a journalist when he heard “ambient noise changes” on the line, which he believed to be electronic surveillance rather than Parliament's notoriously ropey mobile reception.

Former Brexit secretary David Davis apparently used to keep his phone and iPad in a 'Faraday pouch', lined with layers of metal material and designed to prevent hacking while travelling, and at home secured them in a biscuit tin.

The notion that is is worth eavesdropping on these clowns to learn something of value is so outrageous, I suspect the real reason is as follows
The fear is
Some unscrupulous and devious remainer or EU agent might slip something intelligent into the memory of their electronic devices, and this might accidentally not be spotted and they act upon it unknowingly.

Another day, another embarrassing display by a tory minister!

On this occasion, it is the over-promoted, career advancement-chasing desperado, Domidick Raab, currently occupying the role of 'Brexit' minister - the full title is too long and cumbersome for me - who is the pillock responsible.

Tom
Picky,picky.......:D

Seriously, I'm surprised that he knows where Dover and Calais are!
What a curious speech where he firstly confirms he hadn't understood the importance of smooth movement, then claims despite this ignorance that we had set out all along to get it?

Someone should have asked him. "Is it government policy to set out to obtain something before we even know we want it?

Will there be a Minister for Clairvoyance appointed to handle these unexpected trifles?
Perhaps following on from that we can ask that the two newest ministries below be combined into one?
Minstry of suicide
Ministry of Claivoyance

And combine them both into the DEXEU?

That would work nicely if they put their head in the oven and turned it on while calling...

You can put a mobile phone in a microwave oven and it will still ring. (Yes, a perfectly ordinary microwave, with door properly closed.)

Not only did I already think that it probably would ring, I have just tried it.

I suspect that switching it on high would work - after a fairly brief cooking time.
