Yes. The US, Russian and UK manpowers are under half the total populations, but the Chinese figure is well over a half.
That might appear strange, but the Chinese "one child" per family policy did produce a large male surplus, due mainly to illegal gender selection.

Such comparisons can be invalid anyway, due to circumstances. While the Americans are aircraft carrier dependent, the Russians don't have that option due to their icebound sea regions. Changing the subject however, I recall reading some decades ago an explanation as to how Hitler suceeded in getting the German high command to agree with him often against their better professional judgement. Apparently he had them swear an oath of loyalty to himself, not as chancellor, but personally. Then they became conflicted when there was a divergence between their scruples and their oath. Being honourable, in their terms, they honoured the last oath, and the rest as they say is history

The Russians pay in roubles not pounds - you know the pound is over valued, after brexit when you devalue the third or fourth time you will be paying 50p each per plane!

Why would the NSA have kept a Malware attack system that only works on Obsolete systems instead of Ditching it?
And what else have these wonderful clever "spies" got that we now know they can't protect from someone "borrowing" it to make a profit?
And the sums being demanded don't quite fit when they are not individually tailored, just a general demand.
There is a strong odour of Rodent about the whole business, someone is peddling False Truths again

We are regularly told that Trident keeps us safe. But not only has the £100bn system almost been launched accidentally on many occasions, the latest NHS incident show how vulnerable the nuclear system is to cyber attack.
Apparently, the Trident missile system Mrs May has at her disposal is also controlled by a version of Microsoft Windows XP.
Des Browne, who was defence secretary from 2006-2008 had this to say about our nuclear deterrent:
Cyber attacks are already able to undermine the reliability of our nuclear command, control and communications. No longer can we guarantee that the weapons will work as we designed them to do when we reach for them.
Amber Rudd said this:
Windows XP is “not a good platform” for keeping data secure.
Really! Shouldn't this silly tart be saying something positive to allay people's fears instead of adding to our worries?
Perhaps unsurprisingly, Caroline Lucas of the Green Party made this point:
These weapons of mass destruction have the potential to cause death on an unimaginable scale, and they do nothing to hinder the real threat of lone gunmen or extremists. Their very presence here – and the transport of nuclear warheads on our roads – is not only a target for terrorism but a continued risk of accidents linked to human error or technical failure.
She could have added, 'Especially if your operating system runs on an outdated system, extremely vulnerable to hacking!
Not to worry though - Mrs May has intimated repeatedly that the country is in safe and secure hands. Well, that's all right then!........isn't it?

Every day yet more evidence of the utter incompetence of our Government coes to light, and this Cyber attack must be giving them a problem as they haven't blamed the EU for it yet.
And still May and co enjoy mass public support despite their cheapscaping on the IT front.
One can only wonder what they have to do to lose it!
Also one has to wonder why our own "Intelligence Services" don't have an instant answer that can be Emailed en masse and applied to solve this problem.
