The point still is that gaining our sovereignty back means we can decide these things, in the current EU it was a symptom of them over reaching themselves, in a common trade area this is not within there gift
Brendan how have we gained our sovereignty back by deciding not to do what the Referendum vote was intent on achieving?
Are we supposed to say to people who voted to reduce and or stop immigration, believed that the implication was that the money saved would go on the NHS, and Criminals can still seek protection from the ECHR
That after all the Government was only kidding?
How will all these lies be presented to the public without causing riots on the streets?
Even Murdoch said as much
"During the talk yesterday, the media magnate also hinted that Boris Johnson will not automatically win backing from his papers for a Conservative leadership campaign, saying that if the former mayor of London revoked his referendum promises it would provoke “another bloody revolt"."
Of what and by whom?

Like Boris Johnson. The last time he did a deal with the Germans, he came back with three nearly new water cannon."

I hope that Boris got three second hand water cannons that are in good condition, perhaps it would be wise to send him back to get more?
He didn't, the Germans couldn't believe their luck when they saw him coming.

First he bought them without permission for use, which has since been refused. Second they needed extensive repairs costing a large sum. Third, we've been looking ever since for someone more stupid than Boris Johnson to sell them to.

That some believed the BS Osbourne was spouting. Others consulted more reliable sources.
WTF has Farage got to do with Osbourne lying ?
perhaps you missed the point? he was lying as well, surely that's simple enough?

Cheer up he won't need permission to use them now will he? or even over what he fills them with, even if it pollutes the environment.
Such are the benefits of our new found "Sovereignty"
After all it's not as if a gentle shower could hurt anyone

Its always somebody else that misses the point..
The point I was making is that Osbourne lied, exagerated and now his own party are saying as much. And majority of remainers ( including your dear self) believed his rhetoric. Yes Farage lied but hardly anyone based their vote on his lies.
My argument throughout wad ignore all info from politicians go to folk such as Hargreaves. ( who you quoted as knowing nothing)

He would, it was the UK government and Home Office set against them and refusing permission. Even if as PM he'd find total opposition to their use here.
.
Unless he chose to use the queens prerogative of course ?[emoji1]

Let's see now what are the chance I would believe a word Osborne said as true? Zero.
The likelihood I would use such terms as "knows nothing" Zero
And Farage not influencing many peoples votes ? Zero
Try again flud

Well OG
Xmas come for you early, Borris is bowing out of leadership race
Fits the forecast I posted a short while ago. The Conservatives letting someone else take the short term flak and any current election. Boris wouldn't like being the victim of that.

Then Boris held back for the usual end of term election when his wide public appeal could save their skins.

to the dissatisfied brexiters at the next general election, I expect Johnson to say that he is not in charge of the negotiations.
Leadsom is die hard brexiter, she may beat Gove.

Not sure about that Flecc, you are crediting them with more intelligence than they have..
By the way OG I seem to remember you quoting as fact
" the complete withdrawal of foreign owned business" Assuming that was original OG thinking and not Osbourne ?? Wrong !

Brendan my friend you have made my day! am I permitted two smilies? :);)

Obviously I have seriously underestimated Boris's intelligence: he now gets away scot free and can come back later after someone else gets nailed for the blame.
That's two rats deserting the sinking ship, wonder whether Gove will make it three (unless his wife won't let him!)
verily ROFLMAO is thought for the day!

Yes I did, didn't I, and that is entirely my own opinion,, nothing to do with the other fella. (unless of course he watches this thread for tips.)

I think you might be being a bit hasty to say that all is well with the UK economy. Its not.

Businesses are watching, and waiting. The recovery is for a number of reasons, one of which is that no one is sure we're actually leaving.

Many big companies could move their HQs out of the UK so they get back into the EU, so they get the freedom to move capital and staff around.

eg Vodaphone.

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/news/vodafone-hq-headquarters-brexit-eu-referendum-a7108631.html

There are also many small business, who are currently doing ok, who would be directly impacted in a negative way if we actually leave. At the moment its all guess work.

Does it matter? they are being volunteered to carry the can aren't they, it's like Russian Roullette, their best plan would be to ask Jeremy Corbyn to stand in as a substitute....
I'm sure that would be eminently acceptable to the majority of Tory Mps who would breath a huge sigh of relief.
Secretly that was what Cameron was saying when he shouted for gods sake for the good of the country go man! and pointed in the direction of Downing Street.
Brendan; give me a smilie please, that must be worth one.
